Jade POV

I know that what I did last night was the right thing because I don't want Harry to worry about me. His tweet never left my mind and it really bothers me a lot. What I tweeted yesterday was for him and I hope he didn't notice it because he might get suspicious. Today is a bright morning and it's a perfect time to maybe write a song. I always write songs in my notebooks and I'm not the best in writing, really but I'm just fond of writing songs and stories that relates with my life.

I sighed heavily and thought for a good line but suddenly, Harry came out of nowhere the first word that came out in my mind is pretending.

Pretending...

Pretend it's okay.

That's it! I'm going to write a song about him! A smile crept on to my face as I start to write a poem and then I'm going to translate it into a song.

I keep on writing and writing about what I felt for him and the words that I desperately want to tell him.

I was still thinking of other words until I heard a knock from my door...

"Come in!" I yelled, still writing on my notebook.

The door opened and Riley came in with some toasted bread and milk on her hands. She smiled at me and I returned one.

She placed the food on my side table as she sat beside me, peeking her eyes on my notebook. I scurried away and put my notebook under my pillow. I flash her an innocent smile and she furrowed her eyes on me.

"What was that and why are you so scared for me to see it?" She said.

"It was nothing. I was just... writing something." I said and she chuckled.

"Is it some kind of diary?" She asked and I shook my head.

"Nope." I said and she just shrugged.

"Well, okay. I was just wondering why you didn't came downstairs so I decided to bring your breakfast here and take it as a thank you gift from me." She  said and I smiled at her. My first impression with Riley was that she's a spoiled brat and a mean girl but I was proven wrong. She was really a sweet and a bubbly person.

"You don't have to but, thank you, Riley. I really appreciate it." I said, smiling at her.

"You're welcome. By the way, Luke told me that Amor will be going here later for some movie marathon with us??" She said and I nodded.

"Yep. I'm excited to meet her. I bet she's a good person." I said and Riley nodded in agreement.

"She is. She's a sweet person and a funny one so I bet you two can get along well." Riley said.

"Wait, Luke told me that you're a good singer. Can I hear you? Pretty, please?" She pouts and I let out a small laugh.

"You're brother is good at lying, huh?" I joked and she groaned.

"Come on! Don't change the topic! Can I hear you, please? Just a little bit." She pouted for the second and I can't help but nod in agreement as I saw her face lit up.

I decided to sing the chorus of Give Me Love by Ed Sheeran.

Give a little time to me or burn this out

We'll play hide and seek to turn this around

All I want is the taste that your lips allow

My, my, my, my, oh give me love,

My, my, my, my, oh give me love,

My, my, my, my, oh give me love.
