Chapter 47 : Possessive type.

Third person point of view

The next morning, Joshua woke up to the knocking on his door. He sat up in bed and didn't even open his eyes completely. He got out of bed walking like a zombie and dragged his body to the door, still extremely sleepy. He opened the door and looked up with half lidded eyes to see Elijah standing there. Elijah looked like he just woke up too. 

" Time for work out. Get ready ". Elijah said and covered a yawn. Joshua felt like he wanted to cry. " Can't you let me be for one day ? One day. Only once. Please ". Joshua tried acting cute and Elijah only shook his head firmly. Joshua rolled his eyes and sighed. " Why bother saying I'm cute when it doesn't even work on you ? " Joshua said annoyed. Elijah chuckled. 

" Who said it doesn't work ? It does more than you think. But when it is about this I am not giving in to you. Go now ". He walked away to go to his room. Joshua ran a hand through his hair and walked in. They both brought their bags and left for the gym. They entered the gym and Elijah walked in first. 

Joshua gulped when he saw Elijah standing with the gloves. He knew he just walked in willingly and there is no escaping. He let out a puff and walked closer. Just like Joshua predicted, Elijah made him work harder than before. Joshua found himself sweating like crazy by the time they were done. He was panting sitting on the ground.

" Let's go ". Elijah said and Joshua got up. They went back home and Joshua walked to his room. He directly fell onto the bed. Elijah chuckled shaking his head when he saw Joshua sprawled on the bed like a starfish. " Don't sleep like that for long. You need to go to office. You are NOT blaming me if you are late ". 

Elijah warned and Joshua groaned in response. " I am going to ". Elijah shook his head and walked out. He went to his room and took a quick shower. Once he was dressed up, he went to the kitchen to prepare breakfast. He looked around and decided to make pancakes. But he changed the flavor this time around.

Joshua finished everything and dressed up. He walked into the kitchen to see Elijah flipping pancakes. " Hey. Give me a minute. It will be done ". Elijah said without even turning around. Joshua sat down on the chair. " It is fine. No need to hurry ". He looked around the kitchen as he waited for Elijah to be done. 

It wasn't longer than a minute. He saw Elijah place a plate with pancakes in front of him. Joshua looked up to smile at Elijah. He froze smiling and his smile dropped. His mouth went agape when he carefully observed what Elijah was wearing. He blinked and tilted his head to the side. Elijah was wearing a pair of skinny jeans with a long v-neck, over-sized t-shirt. 

Elijah turned back and didn't notice Joshua's expression. Joshua turned to the pancakes and blinked again. The v-neck was low and revealing Elijah's chest. Joshua took a bite and it was tasty as always. The taste brought him back to Earth. " It is tasty. You used strawberries ? " Elijah nodded. " Yeah. I thought it'll be nice to try a new flavor ". 

Joshua gave a ' hmm ' as a reply and continued to eat. Elijah placed a small plate with strawberries too. " Thanks ". Joshua continued to eat and he looked at Elijah from top to bottom. It was really..... Joshua smirked to himself. He took a bite and went back to a blank face. " Where did you get the t-shirt ? " Elijah flipped a pancake and tilted his head thinking. 

" I am not sure. It has been a while. I only remember I got it because I thought it was really good and comfortable too ". " Yeah, sure ". Joshua mumbled and continued to munch on the pancakes. " What is it ? " " Nothing ". Joshua answered and went back to eating. " I have a liking for v-necks, so I got it immediately when I saw it ". 

" That is one long ' v ' ". Joshua said rolling his eyes. Elijah put another plate of pancakes and sat down. " Did you say something ? " Elijah asked looking at Joshua. Joshua looked up at Elijah and maintained a blank face. He averted his eyes cursing in his heart for saying that out loud. " No ". Elijah nodded unsure, but didn't question anyway.
