Chapter 48 : Punishment for being naughty.

Third person point of view

Joshua went to the washroom and sat in a cubicle shutting the door. He took out his phone again and stared at the photo. " What is this guy thinking ? " He mumbled not able to believe it. Not that he didn't like it, but still. " How did he find out though ? " He could say that the picture clearly indicated that the dress was the main point. 

Joshua wondered how Elijah found out. He was sure he didn't show any signs and Elijah was still clueless a while ago. He couldn't think of anything that gave him away. He shrugged and stared at the photo a little more. He set the photo as his wallpaper and giggled. He put his phone back in his pocket and walked out of the washroom. 

He washed his hands and went back to his seat. Eric immediately came to him asking what was wrong. He assured Eric that it was something personal and apologized for his reaction. Eric being the nice guy he was bought it. He told to speak to him if it was something serious. Joshua felt a little bad.

He nodded and thanked Eric. He felt a teeny bit guilty. But this problem couldn't be solved by Eric anyway. He chuckled a little and immediately covered it up. He cleared hit throat. He took a deep breath and continued with his work.

Elijah woke up after a while and checked his phone. There was no reply from Joshua. He saw Joshua read the message but didn't reply. He smiled and walked out of his room. He didn't want to order any food, so he had a few pancakes that he made in the morning. He cleaned up and went to his bedroom. 

He brought out his laptop and put it on the small table in the living room. He sat down on the floor to check through the files that were mailed to him. He rotated his neck and got to work. He spent all of his afternoon working. He checked the time and put the laptop back in his room. He came back out and sat back down on the floor.

When Joshua came back he saw Elijah sitting on the floor watching the television. He went and sat on the couch. Elijah turned to him with a smile. " How was your day ? " Joshua smiled and replied. " It was fine ". Elijah nodded. Joshua spoke up again. " Except one thing ". Elijah furrowed his eyebrows. 

" What is it ? " Joshua narrowed his eyes. " Someone I know decided to play a prank on me ". Elijah looked away knowing what Joshua meant. " So ? " He asked acting like he wasn't the one who Joshua was talking about. Joshua scoffed. " ' So ' ? I almost spit the drink on my colleague ". Elijah laughed. " It would've been legendary ". 

He continued to laugh imagining it. Joshua rolled his eyes. When Elijah finished laughing he turned to Joshua. " The important thing is; did you like it or not ? " Joshua moved closer until his face was only inches away from Elijah's. " So what if I did ? " Elijah moved even closer. " But I didn't get any reply from you ". He gave a small pout. 

Joshua smirked and got up from the couch. He sat on Elijah's lap who was sitting on the floor; straddling him. He put his hands on Elijah's shoulders, looking Elijah in the eye. " I wanted to give you an answer directly when I come back ". His hands traveled downwards and into Elijah's shirt. Elijah froze when he felt Joshua's hands touch his skin. 

He quickly recovered holding onto Joshua's wrist stopping him. He gulped not losing eye contact with Joshua. " You know this is sexual assault ". Joshua chuckled. " Then go ahead and sue me or..... " He grazed Elijah's nipples with his finger tips and Elijah flinched visibly. " You can punish me ". Joshua said in a low voice and Elijah only stared at him dumbfounded. 

Joshua smirked and got up from Elijah's lap. " Don't get all cocky next time ". He walked away chuckling lightly. Elijah sat in the same position trying to get his mind to function properly again. He let out a shaky breath and put his hand to his heart which was beating like crazy. Joshua took a deep breath when he went to the kitchen. He giggled at what he just did.
