"Bye sweetie! Have fun at your new school!" My mom yelled as I shut the door and walked to the end of my road for the bus.
New school.
I think my stop is the last one so that leaves me to believe that all the seats are full.
Oh no.
No one will know me.
"Ok you got this." I said to myself as the bus started to appear.
The butterflies in my stomach started to have a dance party.
The bus came and I hesitantly climbed up the 3 steps. I smiled at the bus driver who gave me a small smile back.
I looked in the front and saw all the seats filled with two students.
I walked down the aisle and once I almost got to the back I saw a kid watching me carefully.
I made eye contact with him and he showed his smile and waved at me.
I instantly felt relieved and safe.
He pretty handsome too.
But I forgot to put my contacts in so I couldn't see him very well.
He sat all the way in the back corner by himself.
I sighed and made my way down to where he sat.
As I sat next to him I felt his stare on me as I set my stuff down.
"I'm Ethan." Ethan smiled and he stuck his hand out.
"Y/n." I returned the smile and shook his hand.
"Your new." Ethan stated as he looked at every part of my face.
"Congratulations you don't have a disability in your eye." I joked and chuckled a little.
He smiled as he watched me laugh.
"I don't know if you care or not but your really pretty." Ethan said as he looked into my eyes.

"T-thanks." I stuttered.
"You like me." Ethan smirked.
"W-what? No I don't" I defended myself.
Ethan only furrowed his eyebrows and leaned in close.
"If anything you like me." I scoffed and sucked on my cough drop.
"Mm." He hummed and came closer.
"Uh uh don't lie to me, faggot." I pointed to him.
Yea my jokes are mainly offensive.
Ethan lightly chuckled then bursted out laughing making the whole bus wake up from their sleepy state and look back at us.
Ethans wheeze made me laugh quietly covering my mouth from keeping it any louder.
"Oh ooh." He sighed and wiped his eyes from the tears.
"Can you guys shut up." A girl turning to us said.
"Why don't you come over here and sit on it." I squinted my eyes.
I heard Ethan snort making me smile.
The girl turned back around rolling her eyes.
"Asshole." I grunted. I turned back to Ethan to see his cheeks red and his hand covering his mouth.
I smiled at the sight.
"I like you, new girl." Ethan stated and hung his arm around my shoulder.
"Please don't tell your one of those guys who just talks to me to get in my pants." I said straight up.
He sighed before pulling me closer by the shoulder.
"Nah. I can barely get a girl to look at me without rolling their eyes at me." Ethan said truthfully and looked at me.
"Well then I'm the first." I smiled.
We were really close.
I saw only his eyes, nose, and lips.
"I guess so." Ethan laughed a little and held me tighter.
"We literally just met and your already cuddling with me." I chuckled and looked down.
"Your soft and warm." Ethan said and nuzzled his head in my neck and it made my neck tickle.
I giggled and I felt him smile against my neck.
"People always said I was cold hearted but I don't know." I sighed and hand accidentally touched his.
I quickly moved t away.
"How are you cold hearted?" Ethan asked still against my neck.
Ethan then laid his hand on top of mine and started to trace shapes on the back of my hand.
I smiled.
"Well since we just met I do make jokes that come out as offensive sometimes." I sighed and subconsciously intertwined my fingers with his.
"I see." Ethan sighed and I felt him close his eyes.
I looked down at our hands and mine was small compared to his.
I started to rub the back of his hand with my thumb.
"I like that." Ethan smiled.
I scoffed a smile.
I'm starting to love the bus.
