I sat on the railroad just wondering how I'm going to get Ethan to like me. He likes nice things, right?
I don't have enough money though...

Oh boy Ethan will finally notice me!
I went to my small apartment and got my piggy bank throwing it on the ground revealing all the money I saved up to go to college.
Ethans worth it.
I grabbed all the money stuffing it in the pocket of my hoodie and ran out with a big smile on my face.
Ethan likes nice things.

I always see him with Gucci. Maybe if I get him something expensive he might like me!

I went up to the man dressed very nicely and piled all my money on top of the glass.

The man rolled his eyes counting the money and coins then showed me five gold necklaces, explaining their values and how real the gold is.
I pointed to the one that had a gold star on it, thinking he'll like it.

I smiled widely once I got out of the store.

I ran over to Ethan's house and knocked on his door, still with a big smile.
Ethan opened the door and once he saw me he rolled his eyes and fixed his grey all saints shirt before signaling me to go on.
I smiled widely and opened the velvet box revealing the 1,000 dollar gold necklace.
Ethan saw it then laughed holding his stomach making my smile drop and a few tears slip out.
Why is he laughing?
Ethan then pulled out another velvet box revealing another necklace with the price tag 5,000 dollars, from Emma.
Ethan shook his head and laughed once more shutting the door in my face. I slumped and looked down at the necklace he didn't receive.
I thought he liked nice things.
I put the necklace back in the bag and slumped walking down the steps and walking back to the railroad.
1,000 wasn't good enough.
But Ethans worth it.
Maybe if I get him a car!
Maybe then he will like me!

I set the necklace aside forgetting it because Ethan didn't like it.

I ran back to my apartment thinking of something I can trade in for a car.

A smile appeared on my face once again and went to the dealership.

I Showed up to Ethan's house with a red Jeep, and then knocked on his door with a big smile on my face.
Ethan opened the door and rolled his eyes again.
I pointed to the car in his driveway and dragged him to the car showing him inside.
Ethan yanked his arms away and pointed to the blue race car with a red ribbon it says its from Emma.
I frowned once I heard him laugh once again. He's laughing at me.
I put my head down in shame as Ethan headed back inside shutting the door once again.
The car wasn't enough.

I walked back to the railroad not having an actual apartment anymore because of the car and necklace he didn't like.

I stood back up running towards the hidden garden and gathered a bunch of flowers ignoring the thorns that poked my arms making it bleed but I ignored it.

I ran to Ethan's place and knocked the door opening to see Ethan in a velvet robe and a silver necklace.
I tuned around revealing the bouquet of flowers I got him. A big smile on my face.
Ethan simply looked at them and then at me.
Ethan rolled his eyes and slammed the door shut in my face.
I thought he liked flowers.
It's romantic.
He should like them.
