"And done." Ethan says as he finished taking the picture of Grayson.
Ethan examines the picture before seeing a beautiful girl in the background. She was beautiful.
Ethan looked back up only to see the girl writing in her tiny brown notebook.
"There's a cute girl behind you, what should I say?" Ethan said to Grayson as Grayson looked behind him to see the girl Ethan was talking about.
"Just say hey. Nothing complicated." Grayson answered back as he bite into his pizza.
Ethan nodded and dusted off his clothes before getting up and walking over to the girl.
"Hey I'm Ethan." Ethan put on his best award winning smile.
She ignored him.
"Uhm. Hello?" Ethan questioned again as the girl didn't even look up at him.
Ethan then gave up and walked away from the girl a little sad.
"She ignored me, dude." Ethan sighed as he looked at the girl again only to be looking around the restaurant.
Y/n was writing in her notebook about Los Angeles and how the people are.
She then looked up because of her neck cramping from looking down so much.
Until she landed of the eyes on one boy who was talking to someone across from him.
'She ignored me, dude' she read the boys lips.
I knew I felt a presence near me.
She felt bad and ripped a page from her notebook and wrote something down before getting up and walking near the boys.
Y/n waved at the boy who came up to her, but he was now ignoring her.
Y/n frowned and looked at the man across from him only to be holding a sympathetic smile.
Y/n smiled weakly at him before passing him the paper.
"I'm Grayson and that's my brother Ethan." Grayson signaled with his hands.
"I'm y/n." Y/n smiled and signaled back at him.
"Sorry about him. I swear he's nice." Grayson signaled back while laughing a little.
"It's fine. I'll just be over there." Y/n signaled and walked back to her table.
"Your an idiot." Grayson growled to Ethan.
"How am I the idiot." Ethan said.
"She's deaf. And you just ignored her when she was trying to explain to you why she was 'ignoring' you." Grayson explained and handed Ethan the paper that y/n gave him.
'Hey I'm sorry Ignored you. I guess I wasn't paying attention. And I'm deaf.'
Ethan felt guilt and relief.
'I'm so stupid' Ethan thought.
He walked back over to the girl and smiled at her before signaling to her notebook and pencil.
She smiled and nodded and handed Ethan it.
"I'm sorry. But you are very beautiful" Ethan wrote and handed it back to her.
