Ch.33 ⚠️to Fangirls!⚠️

Normal POV

It's a Tuesday. After 3 days of the Interhigh Prelims, the teams get a day-off. Miyuki waited outside her house, listening to music, and eating a ziploc bag of Kyoho while waiting for Sakusa. She woke up extra early and felt up and ready to do anything. Rather staying in bed and waiting for her usual routine to get started, she felt weirdly energized today. Was it because of her time with Kiyoomi? She notice that she misplace her usual dark blue scrunchie so she wore a black scrunchie on her right wrist.

"You're already here so early. Seriously, what time did you wake up?" A soft voice made her heart jump as she turns to see Kiyoomi with his mask and school uniform, his hands in his pockets. Miyuki gulps down the grapes and turns to her boyfriend with a smile.

"Good morning, Kiyoomi." He chuckles softly before tucking a hair strand away from her face so she can eat properly.

"Morning, Beautiful Snow. You need to eat more cleanly." He pointed out as the a cool breeze started to blow a few strands in her face again.

"Okay, I'll eat when we get to class." She zips the bag and puts it in her bag. Kiyoomi brings out his hand sanitizer and poured it on her hands. She rubbed it thoroughly before putting on her mask. "Ready to go?"

Kiyoomi hooks his pinkie with hers as he started to walk. "Let's get there before germs start to crowd the front gate."

Miyuki starts to question this. Would she want to hold hands throughout the school day? She has a feeling that they won't stop coming around Kiyoomi when they see her with him. But she doesn't want to waste another minute, another moment to spend time with him. She held onto his arm which made him looked down to her.

"Would you want me to be around you? Would you want to show everyone we're a couple now?" This made her blush as she avoided his gaze. Kiyoomi blinks and notice it too. He furrows his eyebrows and grips her hand instead, he can feel the coldness of the sanitizer. "Why wouldn't I want to?" He questions as Miyuki was taken aback. "Isn't this what couples do when they go out?"

"Ah, well." Miyuki stammers as they continued to walk. "I thought you didn't want to. Doing PDA that is." Kiyoomi tilts his head to think before looking at her again.

"I'm getting used to it. Besides, I want to show each and every one of those germs that you're mine." His voice became harsh after he said germs which made Miyuki's heart beat faster. "That would be a waste of disinfectant spray." She laughs a little with hearing his reason before curling her arm around his arm while her other hand is still in his.

"Me too."

Kiyoomi's POV

Damn. She's so beautiful. I forgot to tell her that her scrunchie's with me. Well, on my right wrist but I want to keep it instead. I think it's weird but I smelled the scrunchie and it lingered with her coconut scent from her hair. She asked me about doing PDA. She does not realize that I don't see her as a germ. I notice she's been really hesitant about this, but whenever I explain myself clearly, which is a little embarrassing, her mood changes and shows affection towards me.

I thought to myself about this. Is this what Romance does? No, wait...is this what love does??????????? That word made my heart beat fast. I really don't want to say it out loud to her. I rather just show it. I started to play with her small hand while standing up as the commuter started to move. She stands close to me as stared at my chest. I tilt her chin up to stare into her eyes.

"Something wrong?" Miyuki asked, a bit worried.

"Even though I have you for 2 classes, I want to spend time with you during lunch." I said, confidently. "I wouldn't want you to be surrounded by those germs."
