Training for five days in a row was helping, but also exhausting. That was something Tommy could say after experiencing it. Avians who haven't flown for some time always lose some strength. Maybe not to the point where they couldn't even stay in the air for a few minutes, but it was harder to control their navigation and movements. Because of that, Tommy knew he had to get himself back in shape. Hence why for five days he spent hours flying, even with small breaks once he couldn't keep going. That also helped him improve at some point, allowing him to fly longer (which now would be almost 6 hours without breaks) and to say he was proud of himself was an understanding.
He could clearly remember when once Phil took him for a flight, which took them over 8 hours there and back. Of course he was young and couldn't stay in the air for so long, but Philza carried him as long as he needed to rest his wings and then continue on his own. It was one of rare moments when Tommy felt like Phil did really care. When they would just glide through the air in complete but comfortable silence and watch everything around them. It was just the two of them, letting their instincts take over and enjoy the peaceful time together.
The last time he did something like that was long before even coming up with L'manburg. He missed those moments, Because he felt complete and actually happy. But now, there are only memories left.

Along with the training, he also focused on improving his quirk and combat skills. Maybe he was trained by the best warriors in the last, but he surely got out of his form without proper and hard training. Improving his quirk wasn't even that hard, all he did was create some potions till he was on the edge of passing out, rest for a moment and then continue. When he was exhausted to the point where he couldn't think of any potions and couldn't focus on it, he took it as a sign to end the session. And when he was done, there would be lots and lots of potions lying around him. Some of them he would hide in his room where Aizawa or Hawks could find them. Sometimes, when he was feeling generous enough he would go either to Recovery Girl to give these to her or visit the closest hospital. They were always kind and happy to see Tommy because his visits were frequent and he was sure almost everyone there knew him. He thought nothing of it, but all the gratitude and praises he received were nice.
Whenever he would go and visit the hospital, it brought a smile to his face. Because there was always someone who would talk with him, share their time and just listen to his rambling (which was oddly happening more than he would've liked to say).

And this day was like any other day. With Aizawa's word in mind, Tommy threw the bag over his shoulder and made his way towards the all familiar place.
The receptionist greeted him with a small smile, not even bothering to ask him what he was doing there. They all knew at this point. Did they question him of why he had so much stuff like that? Of course they did. All he said was that it was a part of his quirk. Seeing it as a sensitive topic, they dropped it and carried on with their usual conversation like always.
Tommy simply walked down the hall, passing many doors with some open ones but he chose to ignore them and just walk away.
Just Because he was talking with the staff there didn't mean he was used to talking to so many people. Sometimes he appreciated it, but other times it was too overwhelming.

And as he walked past one specific door, one that he never really paid any attention to and didn't bother to check out, something caught his attention. He stopped abruptly, head turning to the side and looking through the glass in the doors.
There sat a woman with hair white like snow, dressed in all mint. The room was like a small house, with a bed, kitchen and small living room at once. Normally he wasn't the one to pry his nose in someone else's business, but she reminded him of someone. Almost as if he knew her.
It took him an embarrassing amount of time to straighten his posture and finally do something instead of just standing there. He took a step forward and laid his hand on the door. Gently, he pushed it open and let himself in.
The woman looked up at him, gray eyes locking with Tommy's and hair swaying to the side. She was pretty, a little tired but pretty nonetheless.
