Somewhere in Japan, hidden in a dark alley was a hideout. A sketchy place, where light never seemed to reach past its walls and echo didn't seem to exist. Long and old walls made of bricks with no windows or doors except for one.
The doors led to the hideout, metal and sketchy just like people inside of it. It was dark with only few candles laying around, few already dying and leaving the place corrupted by darkness.
A long hallway with multiple doors on the left and right, before turning in the right direction and even more doors hiding what was behind them.
At the end of the hallway, there were one doors in perticular that stood out. Doors made out of dark wood with a green X on them, few stains here and there and a sickening smell of blood. Behind them was a huge space with a table in the middle, a single chair behind it where papers were scattered in front of it and a small lamp.
The walls were cold, made of some weird black material and a carpet on the floor that was supposed to be the color of dark blue, but now easily blending in with the floor.

There, sat Psychosis with a pen in his hand, head resting against the palm of his free hand. He was writing something down on the paper, his hand smoothly gliding across the paper and filling it with precision. Red eyes so dices on the piece of paper in front of him it was almost impossible to get his attention. He seemed almost bored, stopping for a moment before continuing to write whatever he had in mind.
It was a peaceful moment for him, when je could focus and prepare some plans for the future and wonder about everything he already did. Or it was supposed to be his peaceful moment.
Because despite sending all of his people away and warning them about interrupting him, someone still knocked on the doors to his office. The doors soon later were pushed open and two men entered the room, masks resting on their faces.
Psychosis briefly looked at them, before focusing all of his attention on the piece of paper and not letting his hand stop even for a second. The usual ache was still there, irritating him but not forcing him to stop.

"May I ask what makes you think you can interrupt me at this time?" He asked, his smooth voice filling the room and sending chills down his people's back.

"068 returned. His mission was successfully completed" one of the men stated, body still and tall.

"And what about it?" Psychosis pressed, gripping the pen in his hand.

"He came back with some informations about your target"

At that, the villain perked up and his eyes imidiatelly land on the two men. He waved his hand, letting them speak as he seated himself more comfortably.

"The kid won't be participating in the Sports Festival as he was forbidden to do so by the Principal. He will be expected to stay with his teachers" the man explained, before adding. "They won't be able to keep an eye on him the whole time, therefore it gives us an opening"

Psychosis stayed still for a moment, causing those two get slightly worried as they took a step back. Slowly, the room was being filled with a quiet laughter that turned into a loud cackle, Psychosis bending over his desk to wrap his arms around his stomach. The two only observed their master, having already experienced the situation more times than they would like to remember.

"They really are stupid, huh? Did they really think I would let go?! That I wouldn't try and get him behind the UA's walls?!" He laughed again, slamming one hand on the desk.

The woods cracked under the harsh blow, small pieces of wood flying off to the side.
Psychosis stood up from where he was sitting, only to disappear and not even a second later appear in front of those who delivered the news to him. The man in front of him didn't flinch, keeping his posture straight and not betraying the uneasy feeling behind his mask.

"Tell me 091, am I stupid? Did my plan fail?"

091 stayed still, not answering as he was afraid his voice would lose him.
