Being Goofballs

First before I start this chapter I just wanted to say thank you guys so much for reading my book so far it means a lot. I love all your comments you post they just warm my heart when I read them😊. ~Kenlee Faith❤️
Me and Chris sat in the car listening to music. We were headed to Robert's house for a little get together. And a song I use to sing to Chase when he was younger to calm him down came on the Disney CD Chris had.

I sang to the song quietly to myself but I felt Chris's gaze upon me so I caught a glimpse of a goofy smile on his face. Then he started to sing along. After the song changed we both started to sing loudly.

Willy, nilly, silly old bear
I love singing in the car with this Meatball. We literally sing to disney songs while riding in the car. When Scott joins us we have so much fun on car rides.
"You're a good singer" Chris said smiling.
"No I am not!" I said laughing as he made that goofy smile again.
"Okay. Let's do a disney duet" he said smiling as he picked a song and I smiled at his choice. Why does he pick one of my favorite Disney songs?

We sang the song and Chris had the goofiest smile that made me laugh.
"You're good!" He said loudly making me laugh.
"Am not!" I said back.
"Are too!" He argued.
"Am not!"
"Are too!"
"No I am not!"
"Yes. Yes you are!"
"I'm not gonna win this argument, aren't I?" I said smiling.
"I WIN!!!" He cheered loudly as we drove down the long road leading to Robert's house.
"Your a goofball" I said shaking my head.
"So are you" he said pushing me with his hand. I'll get him back for that. Then I decided to be annoying.
"OH I JUST CAN'T WAIT TO BE KING!!!" I started singing loudly. I failed at being annoying because he joined into the song.
"I think it's time that you and I arrange a heart to heart!" Chris sang.
"Kings don't take advice from little hornbills for a start!" I sang in return.
"If this is where the monarchy is headed. Count me out. Out of service, out of Africa. I wouldn't hang about. This child is getting wildly out of wing" he sang in the characters voice. I started laughing at the voice he did. I love this so much. We are goofballs! Then song changed to It's A Small World and I couldn't help but sing along.
"It's a small world after all" I sang.
Moments later we arrived at Robert's house and had a lot of fun. We watched a few movies and ate popcorn. Robert makes the best popcorn!
