I think it's safe to say that things didn't go how we wanted last night.

We wanted to expose Mayor Bishop, instead, he made a mockery out of us.

I fucking hate that man with a passion.

But, I'm even more pissed that none of the Bishop boys stood up for us.

Especially Damien and Cole!

I mean for fuck's sake, Jae started to cry when we got in the car!

And she never cries.

The boys have been giving us space, we haven't gotten one call or text from them which is kinda nice but also kinda weird.

I mean you would think they would apologize but I guess not...

Anyways, we all decided to just keep our distance from them until Thanksgiving break is over.

So today I decided to invite my mom to lunch for her birthday but what she doesn't know is that I also invited Luna...and Venus.

After the whole pact I made with Lennox I decided I should finally go through with it.

I mean it's been years since my mom and Venus have talked to each other and there's no way in hell she's still mad at her.

Venus misses my mom like crazy and I can tell my mom misses her too.

It's just that neither of them has bothered to contact the other.

I'm just praying to God that my mom doesn't crucify my ass for doing this behind her back.

This isn't just a normal lunch with just us girls, I've also invited Venus' husband Griffin and her son as well as Luna and her boyfriend Peter.

I texted the girls to see if one of them could come with me but sadly, they all had plans.

I would have asked Lennox but we're not really on the best terms at the moment.

So I'm stuck alone...yay.

"Mom! Are you ready to go?" I call out from downstairs.

"I'll be down in a second!"

I can feel my hands getting sweaty and my breathing quickening.

I fucking hate being nervous.

Mostly because it never really happens.

Suddenly there's a knock at the door, completely taking me by surprise.

What the fuck! I told my sisters to meet us at the restaurant!

I quickly walk over to the door and open it.

"Luna I thought I already told you, to- Lennox?" I gasp.

Here he is wearing a pair of black khakis, a white button-down shirt with a dark green crew neck on top paired with simple white high-top converse.

I don't think I've ever seen him dress this casually.
