Once I got that fucking text from Owen of MY GIRL sitting across from him at the restaurant WE used to always go to, I lost my shit.

I park my car in her driveway and she immediately jumps out of the car and speed walks to her front door.
She tries to slam the door in my face but I reach out just in time to keep it open.
The house is pitch black meaning it's just the two of us.

"Get out Cole." She says as she heads up to her room.

We both walked into her room and I shut the door behind me.
"You had no fucking right to do that!" She yells.
"Uh yeah I did, you're mine and he should know that by now." I shrug.
"Why are you taking this as a joke Cole? You fucking used me! I have every fucking right to go out with whoever I want!"
"Of course you do, but I'm always gonna be right there to stop every single one of your 'dates'."
"You're fucking insane." She bitterly chuckles.
"Lyss, I told you how I felt. I apologized thousands of times! I'm trying my best here! But, it seems like you're not bothering to see my effort! I will never forgive myself for hurting you the way that I did but I didn't lie about everything! I do love you, so fucking much and I will keep fighting for us, I just need to know that you're acknowledging that."
