Seokjin's POV -

The sun streams through my curtains, very early in the morning. It's 5:30am, and we have dance practice all day, in line with our new upcoming album. It's been an extremely hard comeback this time, with our schedule so packed before the album has even dropped that we don't have the time to stop and breathe. We got home so late last night that I only managed to get 2 hours sleep last night. My whole body aches from dancing so much, with no time in between to recover.

I switch off my blaring alarm and roll over, sighing. I wish I could get just 5 minutes more sleep, but then I'd miss breakfast, which is fatal when we have to dance for so long - trust me, I tried before, and it didn't end well.

Sighing again, I throw on the same clothes from yesterday, which are still damp with sweat, but all of my other practice clothes are still in the wash. We're so busy we can't even turn on the washing machine. Next, I stumble to the bathroom to wash my face. Jimin stands next to me, slowly brushing his teeth. If it's possible to look any worse than me, Jimin is managing it pretty well. He's always been small and slim, but now he's bony, and his hair falls thinly down his pale face. The schedule isn't lasting for much longer, thankfully, but I know one of us is going to break.

Jimin follows me down to the kitchen. The rest of the boys sit around the table, eating quietly. Last night's washing up hasn't been done, so Namjoon stands up with his now empty plate, and begins gathering the dirty dishes. Namjoon is Namjoon, so I'm not really shocked when the plates go tumbling to the ground and smash into thousands of pieces. The whole group groans, but nobody forms any actual words to tell him off. We're a team, so we all stand up to help gather the smashed china.

From the corner of my eye, I see Hoseok stumble, dropping what he'd just picked up. His sunshine act has been missing for a good few days now, but something seems up with him. I take a mental note to ask him later.

Once we've cleared up, we're already running late. We have no choice but to abandon breakfast, and head out towards the studio. Not a word is shared between us, and, apart from the odd sigh, the group is complete silence.

At the studio, I rest my hand on the door, hesitating to go in. Despite having to skip out on breakfast, we're late. I meet the eyes of each Bangtan member, internally wishing them luck, before opening the door.

The instructor erupts before I even step foot through the door. "Once again, you're all late! How do you expect to be perfect when you can't put your backs into it? We're all just as tired as the next, just suck it up and get it over with."

I look back at the team again. They all stare grimly back. I watch as Jimin bites back on his words, desperate to let rip on the instructor, but even he knows that wouldn't be a wise move. Jimin knows he'd get his ass kicked faster than he could blink if he ever dared talk back to our dance instructor. Still, nobody says a word, and we all slide into formation, ready to dance our hearts out for the 27th day in a row.

The music beats down on us for hours. It's the same verse, again and again. I watch as Hoseok slips each time, his body missing each beat, and he acts like his legs are completely made of lead. The instructor doesn't point out his mistakes, but just plays that verse again, his face becoming more and more red as Hoseok continues to make the same mistakes.

I can honestly feel the tension in the room right now. Each Bangtan member, except for Jimin - who's leading the dance - is glaring into Hoseok's back, becoming more infuriated with him as the mistakes keep coming. I can understand how they feel - this really is infuriating. The verse is irritating, and the music hurts our ears. We're sick to the teeth of the song, and it hasn't even debuted yet, and we all ache in places we didn't think could ache until this moment, yet we're all still putting in our full efforts. From this angle, it looks like Hoseok just isn't trying. Every time he turns slightly, his face is emotionless, and his eyes don't focus, which is what is making him so out of time from everyone else.
