Namjoon's POV -

We've just come back from our last world tour, and we're going to have a three month break. Due to travelling issues in Korea, we can't go back to our parents. We nearly didn't get back into the country at all, but, since we were allowed special allowance, we got back in just in time. Because we are as busy as we are, we can't pay attention to politics. As far as I can work out, America has made some threats towards South Korea. I don't know why that means we can't travel, but we can't.

I was looking forward to seeing my family. I miss them a lot, and we rarely see them, but it's not like I'm going to be alone. All of the boys are in the same boat as me, and are missing their parents gratefully. I am so thankful that we have each other, at least.

Even if things do escalate in tension, we'll still release the new album, when we're ready, but we just won't be allowed to tour, or do the interviews. It feels all weirdly strange. How long is this going to last? This isn't the first time they've threatened some sort of war. It'll blow over, like everything else.

This is why I don't get into politics. First of all, I don't understand it. Second of all, nothing that politics say actually happens. They're all talk, and no bite. We get so afraid, all for nothing. And thirdly, I've seen way too many celebrities lose their fanbases, because they're supporting the wrong side. I just don't understand.

The boys all follow the same mindset as me. We all read the news, but that's all the information we get. At this moment in time, we have no idea how far this has escalated, or just how bad it is. All we know is to follow the recommendations we have been given.

It feels like ages since we've been in the dorm together. We got back so late last night that we just dumped our bags and went straight to bed. Now that it's light, I can see just how much the dust has settled, and the flat feels drab and colourless. This happens every tour, and we're left with a massive clean up to do, before we move on.

There's no words exchanged. We all get up at different times, quickly eat something, then pick up some form of cleaning thing, and head to work. When we work as a team, it'll get done within a few hours.

Despite it being a flat, the dorm is massive. There's six bedrooms, two bathrooms, two offices, a large kitchen, a living area, and a quiet meditation room. They're all just as bad as each other, plus there's all the hallways to deal with. If you count all the hallways as one room, it means we have two rooms each to clean. Obviously, we all have our own bedroom each, except Jimin and Hoseok, who still share together. The quiet room was the seventh bedroom, but there was no chance of those two giving up sharing.

The quiet room is a room with no technology in, and we don't take any in with us. We use it just to chill, to take a book in and stuff like that. It doesn't get used often, since we don't have a lot of time. Yoongi uses it the most, out of all of us. Jimin or Hoseok usually clean this room, as it's the counterfeit due to them sharing a room. It's up to them which one they pick.

Jungkook is already shampooing the carpet in the living room, scraping the foam through the fibres with a broom. It smells odd, and it sticks in my throat, making me cough. Every piece of furniture in the living room will be shampooed too.

I find Seokjin in the kitchen, angrily trying to clear out a small patch of mould in the fridge. It's not going well, and he ends up slamming the door shut, causing all the bottles inside to rattle together. He lets out an angry sigh, turning to look at me. "Why do I always agree to do the kitchen? It's always the worst!"

"You should clear it out before we go, and then when we come back, it won't be so bad," I say, putting a bucket under the sink, and filling it with warm water. I drop some paint care shampoo into it, so I can wash the walls in my room properly. It all sounds a bit extreme, but I can see all the dust patterns in there, and some stains from when I was in there before the tour - let's not say what it is. Yeah.
