I had not much planned for the next week up until the day my plan was about to be executed,I just wondered around Keyaki Mall most of the time but over time that got boring.I got invited out by a few friends a couple times but I never invited anyone else out myself,it was because I found it tiring and unnessecery but at least I considered it.

When I got bored,I decided to head to the school library to catch up on some books,recently I heard some new stocks so I would love to catch up,even if it was only a little.

Naturally not many people were at the school itself,this was because they were all hanging out st Keyaki Mall or somewhere else to be in the actual school.You could imagine how very few people were in the school,in fact I'd say that 5% of the people in the whole campus were in school to either read in the library or do something else.Of course I didn't include club activities since if I did then the number would probrably be bumped up to 25% but most clubs weren't active so it was hard to tell.

When I made it to the library,it was surprising to see how many people were here,even if most of them were here to study but I wasn't here for that since studying wasn't something I did now.

Seems like they're only here to study,I was hoping to make some friends here but they look disinterested.

I gave out a sad sigh before greeting the staff that was keeping watch on the area,it had been around 2 months since I've been to the library so she was surprised to see me but gave a warm smile anyway.

I used to do this everyday,go to the library and greet that staff member before going to a shelf,it was a daily routine in a way.She even told me her name for whatever reason,I didn't bother to believe it but I did keep note of it,you never know if something like this would come in handy.

"Let's see....ah a new volume of 'Odoru Gekko' came out already? I read somewhere that this would come out in a week....seems like the author finished things up early." This book was one that I was a fan of,the plot was almost as good as the story telling throughout.This story even helped me understand what I should do in the outside world a bit more even if I was still stuck in school for the next two years.

"Welp it's settled,I'll keep doing this for the next week or so....now- Ah! Sorry...Kiyotaka?"

Apperantly I bumped into Kiyotaka here,it seemed like he was also interested in this genre of story since it was where all the mystery books were.

"I never knew you were the type to read,Yuuki."

"Same to you Kiyotaka,so who's the girl?" There was a girl with mid-back length silver hair that has black ribbons and light purplish eyes standing next to him,she even holding a book in her hands and held it close to her chest,she was quite cute too.

"Oh she's Hiyori Shiina,my book buddy."

Book buddy? So they're friends for the sake of reading books? Sounds interesting.

"Uh,nice to meet you Shiina?"

"It's a pleasure to meet you too,Hiro-kun.I've heard a lot about you,mainly because the people who come to the library mostly talk about you." I wasn't aware of when I became so famous among the first year so this was definately confusing.

"What kind of book is that? Looks interesting.Also please just call me by my given name,I don't want to trouble you."

"Oh alright.This is 'Odoru Gekko' a romance and mystery light novel.You interested?" Hiyori quickly nodded while still holding onto the book in her hands.I told her where all the volumes of this book were,I had a weird feeling that I was going to become friends with her so I felt excited.It was also because she looked really precious,my heart just told me to protect her with almost everything I had,it could even be compared to the love I had for my little sister,the protection part I mean.

"Hey Yuuki,do you want to join us? Seems like you're about to read that light novel here too but I feel bad letting you sit alone."

Kiyotaka I understand you don't know about insults but that was harsh,it actually hurt my soul a bit.You literally said I'm a loner in front of Hiyori!

"Sure,also never say that again."

"So I have another :ook buddy now?" God she's precious.

"Uh....sure.We should get to reading before it gets latevor something,also people are staring at us."

"Alright,come on this is where we usually read." I sat down at a table which was where they usually read apperantly.It wasn't anywhere a lot of people would be and it was right next to the window so looking outside was an option in case I got board.In short it was a godly reading spot.

I'm grateful in a way,to be friends with Hiyori I mean.Maybe she might be my first legit friend....
