Ananya POV

I was woken up by somebody kissing my cheeks, chin, nose, and forehead. First, I thought it was an irritating hair of something, so I tried to swat it away from my cheeks.
But by the time, it reached my nose, I realized it must be my dashing husband. So, I act like I am still asleep.
He leaves kisses all over my face, unenviably my resolve crumples under his soft caresses.

"Hum jante Hain ki aap nahi so rahin Hain." (I know that you aren't sleeping.) Karn whispers in my ear, as he trails kisses, under my ear and on my neck and the tattoo there.

"Toh?" (So?) I ask.

"Hum Surya dev ki puja kar ne ja rahein Hain." (I was going to offer prayers to lord Surya dev.) He informs me.

"Hum bhi chaleien?" (Can I also come?) I open my eyes to look at him.

"Aapko Kya lagta Hain, humne aapko kyun uthaya hai?" (Why do you think, I woke you up?) he raises an eyebrow.

I instantly get up to get ready. Doing everything speedily.
But before I go to bath I tell him, "Karn?"

"Haan?" (Yes?) his voice returns.

"Yeh wali dhoti pehen lijiye." (Wear this dhoti, na.)

"Kyun, Kya gad- bad hai, meri dhoti Mein?" (Why, what is wrong with my dhoti?) He asks walking over to me.

"Meri ichcha thi ki aap yeh pehente, baaki aapki marzi hai." (I wished that you wore this, rest is up to you.) I tell him before walking in to bath.

When I walk back in the room, after tying my saree. Settling my chain and ear rings, I look in the mirror, to find that Karn was staring at me, from where he was standing. It was like he was seeing me for the first time.

"Kya?" (What?) I ask.

"Aapne kaisi saree peheni hai?" (What kind of saree have you worn?)

"Koi dikat hai? Kaliyuga mein aise bhi saree pehente hai." (Is there a problem? In Kaliyuga, this kind of saree is also worn.) I look down myself.

"Nahi Bahut Khoobsurat hai, bas aise kabhi dekha nahi tha na, isliye puchcha." (No, it looks very pretty, just that I had never before seen this kind of saree, that is why I asked.) Karn says, his expression genuine.
