It had been a few hours ever since the SOG tried to play dirty. However, the resistance saw past their tricks and defeated them fair and square. With the help of some enemies converted to allies. Despite already keeping the oni lord hostage, the serpentine agreed to help the resistance out by keeping watch on him. It was the least they could do. Despite already being forgiven by Lloyd, they still had the urge to help out and pay their faults.

Everyone was currently scattered around their beloved Bounty. Skylor and Dareth agreed to show Harumi and the others around the ship, more specifically to where their rooms for the night will be. It was true, the specks and radiance of the sun was slowly fading away from the sky. Signalling the small team that nighttime would arrive in a few hours. As for Lloyd and Nya, they were on the deck training as usual. Sword in hand, they did practiced a few battle stances as well as did a few mocking jousting trials.

The green ninja let out a roaring battle cry in the water ninja's direction. She only responded to his cry with a confident expression as well narrowed eyebrows. It didn't take long that, beneath the setting sun, the green ninja started charging towards his opponent, his blade raised. As he passed through her like thin air. That was because  she twisted her body to her left. Completely dodging his attack. Due to the exaggerated amount of momentum added on the blonde's right foot, when he stepped forward to attack Nya, his figure leaned forward, causing him to lose his balance. The blonde landed on his stomach and groaned in pain. Nya chuckled and loosened her grip on her sword. "You overdid it again."

Lloyd sat up and rubbed his left shoulder, the sword was now on the ground beside him. He laughed and glanced away. "Aw man, I thought that would have done the trick. I guess I really did overdid it, huh?" He asked for confirmation from the black-haired girl. Nya helped him up and patted his back. "Just take it easy and don't rush." She advised and picked up her own sword, taking her distance from him. She lifted a brow and noticed Lloyd take his own sword from the ground. She assumed: "So? Again?"

Lloyd smiled and brought himself to walk away from the girl for distance was needed between the two comrades for their mocking battle to begin. "Oh you're on. This time, you best be careful." He threatened ambitiously and once again, he charged. If he was in a cartoon-world, a green dash would have sparked up from his heels.
He came charging towards Nya at a high speed. Once in close distance, the blonde raised his right arm, where he held the sword tightly. His legs folded and his chest leaned forward to tuck his waist in his weight. He slid through the deck and slid the the sword through Nya's right inner thigh. Obviously being a ninja herself, the ninja saw through his trick and blocked just on time. She lowered her sword to her targeted leg. There, two blades clashing against each other resonated.

"Nice try." She praised and glanced to face Lloyd, who was on the ground next to her. Her cerulean eyes widened however for the blonde was sat down on the wooden flooring. She panicked and turned around. "What the heck-" she mentally cursed. How could someone have a quick reaction time like that? Yay whole encounter between them merely took a minute and he had the strength to get back up and try again? When she turned around, her feet stepped back. It was on instinct for the green ninja leapt over her, towering her by a few centimetres in the sunset. Nya ducked and Lloyd tucked into a ball, flipping over the leaned ninja. He recovered by landing on his feet.

Nya didn't have much time to think nor attack him in her defence. For another blade swing came charging in like a new windstorm entered Ninjago city. In a state of panic, Nya accidently lifted her left wrist and used it as a shield so that her own frontage doesn't end up being targeted. Skin and swords didn't work well together. Master Wu told them his students that. Plus, it was pretty logical to why that was. The next scene stung the two ninjas. A part of the water ninja's sleeve was ripped off, leaving the rest of the sleeve to seem unfolded. Though what really concerned the two was the fact that her pale gentle skin had a long cut. About 6 centimetres. Starting 2 centimeters from his palm and ending just before it reached her elbow. She winced.
