Chapter79: shattered relationships

The air was cool, and crip on this windy day in the city of ninjago, everyone was rebuilding the city since the reign of emperor Garmadon was no more. Eveyne was happily building repairing the buildings. Even the ninja and former sog members were helping rebuild. Young lloyd garmadon was passing bricks to his friends as people worked on restructuring the town. However the young blonde didn't look at the white haired girl. Who was carrying some ruble so she could help repair Mistaké's tea shop. Trailing behind her holding ruble in her mouth that was too big for the pup to carry, so she fell down. Harumi turned hearing something falling, she laughs seeing cloud. "Cloud you silly pup" she said while picking the puppy up in her arms before setting her down near the pile of ruble. She booped her pups nose before continuing to work.

Once the sun set down. Kai put a arm around His you her brother as they all walked on the bounty to head home. Harumi just nervously looked away. Pain twanged at her heart, she already felt bad for weeks. But the ninja, and her former friends made her feel even worse. Her only companion was her little pup. The only one who talked her, sure she didn't actually talk but she was still there for her.Everyone else shunned her, everyone hates her, and will not speak to her. Harumi sighned sadly, as she went into her room. Locking the door and just collapsing on her bed. Cloud whimpered, as she got up from, her bed jumping from the floor onto the white haired girl bed. The girl had her face buried in her pillow, from grief. The puppy wished she could help, and she wished she could teach those ninja a lesson for hurting her. She never meant to hurt anyone, this was Garmadons. The pup let out a growl.

The pup was so in her thoughts when the bounty landed due to the force. The pup fell off the bed, onto the ground. She whimpered. As harumi sat up hearing the whimper, and saw her pup on the ground. Harumi picked her up, and held her close. Cloud was her sense of security during this difficult time for her, she was glad to have cloud, harumi walked off with cloud to her room in the monastery, as did everyone else to retire for the night. The white haired girl when opening her room, she carried Cloud to her bed. Before laying in her bed and collapsing, cloud knew what had been going on and she felt bad. She walked off her bed, before walking over and jumping on her bed, licking her hand. Harumi lifted her head and smiled at her. "Awe cloud, at least I still have you" She pets her before sitting up and laying the pup on her lap.

A knock was heard and harumi got up from bed, placing her pup on her little dog bed before heading to the door. She opened the door, but did not see anything before closing the door thinking it was a prank she looked down. Her eyes widened on the ground was a letter, she looked around confused thinking it was probably fan mail for kai. She brought the letter closer, only to see it was addressed to her. "Maybe it's a letter from my parents or Mr.hutchins to see how i'm doing" she brought the letter inside her room closing the door before sitting at her desk placing the letter down on the table. She grabbed a pair of scissors using them to open the letter. Once she took the letter out, her eyes widened seeing who it was from, in shock she dropped the letter on the ground. "No, no, I can't, I won't listen to him not again. Not after what he did" Harumi just stared at the letter on the ground not making any move to grab it or read it. It wasn't until a few minutes later she gave in and read the letter. Her eyes scanned the letter before huffing throwing the paper on the ground angrily.

"I refuse to listen to him again, this is probably a trick to lure me in and turn me against lloyd again" Harumi scoffed before her eyes set on a picture. She walked over to her mirror, picking up the small rectangular object. She smiled as it was a picture of her and Lloyd kissing, Kai took it in secret when they weren't looking. She laughed, as she opened her drawer picking up another object that was in her drawer full of photos. Even if the young girl didn't want to she couldn't help but smile sadly at the photo. "Maybe I should go see what he has to say, he's in prison he can't exactly Hurt her even if he wanted to" Harumi soon made up her mind placing the photo back in it's drawer and closing it.
