The brilliant azure aura began to make it's way through Hisuri's very veins. Its purity beginning to wipe away any traces of the miasma. And yet the main source of the poison remained intact. The 5 large gaping wounds of poison which lay embedded within Hisuri's neck. The miasma oozing from the multiple wounds like no other. Creating a thick cloud of poison within the hut. And to which Kagome quickly created her own barrier which encased she and the poisoned Hisuri. Hoping to keep the poison contained until the process was completed. "Kagome!" Kaede called out in concern as Kagome took a deep breathe before laying her purified hands upon the source of the poison. Watching as on contact the miasma reacted to the pure light. Lashing out angrily towards Kagome, slicing her body quite abit. And yet she continued. Praying for the life of the stranger before her whom struggled to even breathe.

"Your going to be okay." Kagome told the groggy woman who groaned slightly in discomfort as the miasma continued to pour from the wounds. Causing Kagome to increase her own spiritual power, seeking to extract this terrible poison from the woman. It was then that the aura of the woman before her began to reveal itself. An aura of gentle and warm, yet with tenacity to live embedded within the very soul of the woman. Kagome couldn't help but to gasp as the miasma which clung to the woman dissipated and instead was replaced by a luminous silver aura which seemed to be coming from the woman herself. Kagome was soon enveloped in the warm aura, feeling the similarities between her aura and the woman and yet something was amiss.

For through that silver aura of hers held a darker entity. One the woman pureposly kept hidden not only from others but from herself as well. Almost as if the woman was afraid of this power of hers. Feared it to the point that she was willing to die rather than to use this power of hers. But why? Peering into the very soul of the woman, Kagome noticed the faint traces of a yokai. Which one she wasn't too sure. But she knew one thing. This woman was not some ordinary woman. She could perhaps be a hanyou like Inuyasha himself. And yet Kagome felt that this girl was something even more than he.

The young woman sucked in a shallow breathe as her very flesh began to mend itself under the purity of Kagome. Who couldnt help but to smile at her good deed, but questions forever remained with her. Who was this woman? Allowing her barrier to disperse,Kagome rose to her feet. Bowing respectfully to Kaede and the Dragoness informing both that the woman would live. Upon hearing this the Dragoness rushed to the unconcious woman's side, gripping her hand before stating how glad she was that she would live. Leaving the Dragoness and the newcomer be, Kaede ushered Kagome outside where to two could speak. Knowing that Kagome infact had questions.

"Kaede who was that woman? Her aura was different....ive never seen anything like it." Kagome began as she peered back towards the sleeping woman who's expression turned into that of peace as she continued to sleep soundly in the arms of the Dragoness. All the while Kaede bit her bottom lip unsure if it was best to even speak with these matters with Kagome. Unsure if Sesshomaru wished for the awareness of their children to be known. After all they were infact special that could not be denyed.

And yet if word spread it could possibly put a target on the children. One that Kaede knew he and Shizuka would not ignore. But Kaede also knew she could trust Kagome to keep her word, but did not wish to get mixed up in family matters. "I cannot tell you who the child is. All ye need to know is that she is special." She answered as Kagome nodded stating she already knew that. And that she would wait for the woman to wake up to ask her face to face. To this Kaede sighed giving up on steering Kagome another way knowing her mind was infact made up.

Watching as the sun began to set Kagome quietly peered back towards the sleeping woman. The mystery of her sticking to Kagome like glue. There was just something about her that was familiar to her and yet foreign. Almost otherworldly. Kagome just couldn't quite put her finger on it. But she would find out one way or the other the identity of that girl. Turning her back on the hut Kagome began to retire to the shared hut she and her fellow companions shared once in the blue moon.

Laying down on the small futon the young girl gave into the call of sleep. All the while returning in the middle of the night from a quick journey. Inuyasha made his way into the small hut, a warm smile forming on his lips as he spotted Kagome sleeping soundly. Taking his spot next to the slumbering woman, Inuyasha brought Kagome to his chest in a gentle embrace. Causing the sleeping woman to stir slightly in her sleep. Nuzzling his face into her raven locks, Inuyasha began to fall into a deep sleep as well. But something stopped him. Sniffing the air, Inuyasha smelled his brother nearby. Sniffing even more Inuyasha noticed that the scent was coming from Kagome's hands along with another source in the village. And he couldn't help but to think what the hell was his brother doing in a human village?
