The blades of Yoru and Hisuri clashed repeatedly; as their respective flames swirled about. Smoldering and creating a thick fog of which Hisuri strained to see through. She soon gritted her teeth upon being kicked in the stomach, the impact sending Hisuri flying backwards. Her body slamming throw two pillar before skidding to a stop against a faraway wall. Hisuri gasped in pain, coughing violently as crimson and amber seeped from her lips. Yet even so Hisuri stood once more, taking her fighting stance. The young woman dashing forward, her blade gleaming among the flames as she roared. Determined to end Yoru, though the closer she got to Yoru. The more Hisuri could sense a sinister aura nearby. One that was coming straight for her fast, and sent chills down her spine.

Hisuri released a brief gasp as the senation continued to grow, only this time it was right behind her. Stretching it's hands out Hisuri's very throat. Pivoting on her left foot, Hisuri turned, seeking to strike the perpetrator. Only to hesitate at the very last moment. For Hisuri's grip on her weapon trembled violently as the entity she sensed stood before her. The woman's skin was ghostly pale, one that seemed almost from the underworld itself. All the while raven locks cascaded down the woman's sides. She was breathtaking, and terrifying. For the woman's deep scarlet eyes struck erratic fear within Hisuri. She knew those eyes, and seeing them again sent both rage and fear coursing through her.

"N-No—!" Hisuri uttered but her words were silenced as a piercing pain which filled her body entirely. Centered in her abdomen, slowly peering down Hisuri saw a blade protruding from her flesh. Her amber and crimson hued blood dripping to the ground below. All the while smirking towards the failing Hisuri before plunging his own blade into her as well. The action causing Hisuri to release a loud hiss into the air. Before falling to her knees, crimson and gold seeping from her wounds. As Hisuri coughed violently, all the while clutching onto her katana and bleeding abdomen. Upon seeing this Yoru smirked, stepping forward allowing his flames to ripple around him. "It's seems plan B has swiftly been put into motion." He breathed as the woman remained silent. Her dull red eyes boring into Hisuri who struggled not to sob in fear. Yoru then roughly grabbed Hisuri by her chin forcing her to look him in the eye. "And it seems you have lost Blood Princess." Yoru whispered before plunging another blade into Hisuri's stomach. She gritted her teeth, vision blurring as the young woman soon felt very light. Her body crumbling to the ground in a sea of gold and crimson. And yet Hisuri clung to life, her left hand clutched into a tight fist. At the thought of her family waiting for her return.

Her beloved and gentle hearted brother; Souma. Hisuri's twin and the other half of her soul it seemed at times. The young man was always there for his sister, coddling her at times perhaps. But their love for one another was pure and genuine. Hisuri always looked up to her big brother, wishing to match him in both might and tact. His kind smile was all Hisuri knew and she loved him dealer. And it broke her heart to imagine him waiting for her, only for her to never return. Then there was Shizuka, her dear mother who lay at the brink of death once more. For this mission was all for her, and failing it would destroy their family entirely. And then there was Sesshomaru, the Great Dog Demon. And proud and at times cold father, one that Hisuri adored with all her heart. She was often doted on by Sesshomaru, many believed his soft spot for his daughter made him abit more approachable.

Though deeply protective of his pups, Sesshomaru was at times rash when it came to his daughter. Seeking to keep her out of harms way and yet her firey spirit could not be ignored. Sesshomaru knee his daughter, she belonged on the battlefield. She blossomed upon it, her own personal dance of death to all who dared to come near her. Though it would seem that perhaps this mission had proven too much for his little princess. Gritting her teeth Hisuri struggled to breathe, her vision blurring and now brimming with tears. As she could hear the continuous crackling of the poisonous flames and Yoru. Whom had turned his back from the dying Hisuri. But that would prove to be his downfall; as now overcome with rage Hisuri's demon blood began to take hold. Her once silver flames now turning to a dangerous dark crimson hue. The aura around Hisuri was swimming, crackling the very air and causing Yoru to turn. Along with the soulless Doll whom peered almost fearfully towards Hisuri.

Still in her sea of blood Hisuri slowly rose to her feet, her eyes hidden from view by her raven locks. Though the deep animalistic growl rumbled from her lungs. It was then that she slowly raised her head to reveal her azure and crimson irises, a reflection of the Great Dog Demon Blood within her. Fueling her with strength she needed to stand once more. Yoru held back a gasp as Hisuri stepped forward, her voice now quite a few octaves lower than normal. And when she spoke there was a sinister feel to her voice. One that sent chills down Yoru's spine, and caused the doll the begin to cry out in utter fear. The spike of demonic aura surged through the entire lands, ripping through the very heavens themselves. Leaving a plume  of brimming dark crimson flames shooting through the sky. Revealing the might of Hisuri to all even if they did not know her. Far and wide.

And from afar Shizuka sensed the sudden change in her daughter, causing the weakened Celestial Maiden to raise up from her bed. Grilling onto her chest as she groaned in pain; knowing Hisuri was in pain and grave danger. And it was all for her sake. Tears streamed down Shizuka's cheeks as she prayed to anyone who could hear her prayer. To save her daughter. While Sesshomaru gazed upon the plume of power from his balcony. Knowing infact that demonic aura belonged to Hisuri. Instinct kicking in the father found himself dashing from his home. His mind blinded by parental obligation and love but he was soon stopped by his son.

Stepping from the outer forest of the Western Lands, Souma stepped before his father. His eyes held both determination and concern but most of all honor. That's something that he held above all. "Father, I cannot allow you to leave. " "Surely you are well aware that you cannot stop me. " Sesshomaru breathed refusing to back down from his son. Closing his eyes for a moment Souma sighed his eyes taking their amber glow. "I intend to follow through with my duty father. And if that involves stopping you from doing something foolish then I shall." Souma stated rather coldly as left hand resting upon his sheathed katana. Seeing this Sesshomaru sighed his blood momentarily ceasing it's boil. He knew his son was right. His place was here by his ailing wife's side, even if he wished to aid his daughter. He could not afford to leave her.

Gritting his teeth Sesshomaru released a growl turning his back to Souma. "Your right, but you sense it don't you? Your sister she's in danger." Sesshomaru informed. As Souma averted his gaze to the ground. His calm demeanor dissolving upon the utter mention of his sister. He knew it more than anyone. Souma felt his sister's pain. Her grief, her struggle to fight. How her body was wracked with pain, and how dizziness and rage overtook her. He felt it all in a blur of emotion. But he also knew that Hisuri would not fall. She would return to them. She promised. "I do. Hisuri will be fine. I sent Narize after her." Souma informed his father before walking pass Sesshomaru, his back to him. " She will be fine, I swear it father." Souma stated before quietly leaving his father's sight. Only to hear the loud cries of Shizuka from their home. For the Celestial Maiden clutched her swollen belly, arching her back. As beads of swear formed on her brow. Her mother was quick to her side as tears formed in Shizuka's eyes. She knew what was to come next. Her child would be born into this world, with the soul of Shinimi within it.
