It gets graphic by the end, so heed my warning.
I was in a tropical country; someone said it was Bermuda, though I don't know how accurate it was. I was with a teacher I've never met before, who took me on a tour on a path through the jungle used by the natives. Most of the animals we saw along the way I was able to identify. This included a howler monkey, a tapir, and I forget the other one. We came upon a more open area with a barn. An animal handler was working with a camel beneath an overpass of the barn. She walked a few feet away and stood there with her back facing the camel. The teacher wanted a picture and kept trying for the worker's attention, but I told her that she was training the camel.
When he misbehaves, the trainer will turn away to let him know he's being bad thus not giving him attention. The teacher understood and stopped bothering them. Then, 2 little lambs came running like puppies and I knelt down to pet one. One of the lambs came up to me and really enjoyed my hand.
I was sitting down now, so the lamb put its front hooves on my lap as I pet it. Then, I accidentally rolled towards my right, pulling the lamb over towards the ground. It suddenly bit my first finger on my left hand. HARD.
I started yelling, "ow ow ow ow" louder as it bit harder. I managed to role back over to my left to put the lamb back on its feet, but it did not let go.
It's teeth clenched harder and harder on my finger. "Ow ow OW OW OW" I began yelling in pain. I could hear and feel my bone cracking under the intense grip of this animal's jaw. I couldn't bare to look as I squeezed my eyes shut.
Is this real? Was he going to bite it off? Was I going to lose my finger to a lamb? Just before it felt like it was about to snap off, I woke up. Thank goodness I woke up, finger still intact and fine. It felt weird, and I had to wiggle it a bit just to be sure, but I was definitely affected mentally.

I don't usually try to explain the meanings of my dreams, but I think this is something worth mentioning. My name, Rachel, means little lamb or lamb of God. Perhaps this seemingly harmless creature suddenly biting me so hard that I would've lost an appendage translates to my anxiety. Perhaps this was a metaphor for me attacking myself. Anxiety hit me hard last night, and then this dream happened. I never want to get to a point where I physically hurt myself, but I've been close and it's definitely not a nice feeling. How could such a gentle creature do so much damage? Because anxiety. I don't want to let it hurt me like that.
