Chase finally drove down to Adventure Bays Museum and parked his car, luckily, his car blends in with the darkness of the sky and the woods, so his car isn't visible anymore. Chase hopped out and cautiously walked over to the museum. All of the lights were shut off, meaning that it was closed. Now Chase had to be extra cautious since the museum has high security, but luckily, Chase had a way to disable them. He quickly used his suction cups on his shoes and walked above the museum. He opened one of the vents and cut out some wires.

"That should do it." Chase said and walked over one of the glass windows on the roof, which is used to do a super cool trick for a different memorial. He slightly opened it and looked at one of the emergency exits on top.

"Ruff. Zipline." Chase whispered and his zipline shot out of his pup-pack and landed on the walls of the zipline. Alright, let's do this Chase thought as he lifted his hood over his head and slowly lowered the ropes of the zipline and sent himself down to the middle of the main part of the museum.

"Hey, Cowboy. Are you in here?" Chase called out and was suddenly hit by a huge blast of vibrating air and sent Chase into a memorial of an old person sitting down on a bench, the blast also destroyed the head clean off. Chase shook his head and saw that he was lying on the same bench as the none-headed statue of the old person.

"Oh, they're so not making old people as they used to." Chase whined and looked back to see Carson, slowly making his way towards him.

"You really have lives like cats. I thought I ended you back at our last exchange. Seems to me that I was wrong." Carson said with a glare and Chase got down from the bench and stared at Carson.

"Did you seriously just compare me to cats?" Chase asked, and Carson didn't say anything but pointed his gauntlet and sent another wave which Chase quickly dodged and instead, destroyed the rest of the statue behind him.

"That is a total offense dude!" Chase yelled and Carson ignored him and kept sending waves of blasts after another. Chase had to quickly run and let the objects he was hiding behind get destroyed. This went on for another few seconds until every other object or statue in sight was destroyed.

"I will admit, I do admire your skills, son. But I can't let you go of course. Business just would work out right." Carson said and Chase glared at him.

"What business? Who're you working for?" The German Shepherd asked.

"I can't tell you who..." Carson said, and then Chase interrupted.

"Then tell me why! What did I ever do to you?" Chase asked.

"Oh? Don't take this personally, but I have a responsibility to do and this is one of them." Carson said and blasted another wave from his gauntlet, immediately, Chase dodged and hit the walls, Chase then felt some dust and a couple of broken off pieces of the ceiling fell down. Then, Chase had an idea. Well, that's one way. Chase thought and was prepared for the next blast which eventually came and Chase dodged it.

"Ruff! Grappling hook!" Chase barked out and his grappling hook shot up past and above Carson and hooked into a pole which held a curtain. Chase used his legs to pull the curtain down and land on top of Carson, who quickly tore through it, now irritated by that action.

"You know, you have some guts making a dangerous man like me look like a clown." Carson growled as he shot another air blast which Chase dodged once again.

"Try looking in a mirror. You don't need my help to make you look foolish." Chase chuckled and once again, dodged another blast.

"I gotta say, you have more guts to take hits than Ruben and Butch. That's impressive." Chase said.

"Don't you dare compare me to those two fools, this is all for my career!" Carson yelled as he sent another blast which Chase jumped out of the way and destroyed a huge part of the walls, making Chase chuckle.

"You do THIS for a living? Haha, with that accent I was thinking you'd be a bullfighta!" Chase said in Carson's accent, which irritated Carson even more.

"DON'T YOU DARE MOCK ME, MUTT!" Carson said as he sent a huge blast towards Chase this time.

"I mock! I'm a mocker!" Chase responded and dodged the blast one last time, knocking down a whole wall, which began affecting the whole building. Pretty soon, other walls collapsed and in a few seconds, Carson realized what was happening.

The museum was coming down.

Carson looked ahead and saw Chase dashing out of the front doors and smirking back at him. Carson tried to run after, but a huge rock crashed in front of him, blocking his escape, and glancing around, there was no other way. Chase watched as the whole building collapsed in nothing but huge piles of rubble.

"Now that's what I call bringing down the house!" Chase chuckled and pretty soon, saw other police cars driving up and turned around to see Carson, digging out of the pile of rocks.

"Ruff! Net!" Chase barked and shot a net over Carson, trapping him so he wouldn't be able to escape.

"I'll leave you with the professionals." Chase laughed and quickly ran off to his vehicle and drove off.

The Lookout

Chase transformed his vehicle back into his pup-house and winced as he knew that the transformation made a loud sound. But fortunately, nobody came out to see what was going on, it was quiet as if nobody was home. Chase walked through the doors and looked to the left and sighed in relief when he saw everyone was still asleep on the beanbags. Chase quietly changed from his police uniform back to his usual hoodie.

Once he did, he looked over at the group of families, sleeping together peacefully. This was a good chance and Chase walked through the doors and walked back inside his pup-house. Chase remembered how Kushina made Chase sleep with all of them together, but she should've waited for him to fall asleep first. Chase chuckled at that and positioned his pillow.

Flash Back

"What are you, my Mom?" Chase argued back and Kushina got close to Chase's face.

"No, but I'm gonna act like her." Kushina said and Chase widened his eyes at that sentence.

Flash Back Ends

You'll never be my Mom. And I'll never have one Chase thought as he snuggled in and slept
