"I'd really wish you would change your mind." Peter tells Bella
"Nothing you could say will ever change my mind." Bella said
Peter, Bella, Derek got into the truck and Braeden got a prison transport van that Braeden was able to get, since she is a US Marshall. They each drove to an empty warehouse and they met Stiles and Malia there.
"How did you get a prison van?" Stiles asked
"I'm a US Marshall." Braden replied
"I thought that was just a cover.'
"We really bringing them?" Derek asked, appearing out of the truck with Peter and Bella, gesturing towards Malia and Liam.
"We really bringing him?" Stiles retorted, pointing at Peter.
"We're bringing everyone that we can," said Peter "And considering Scott and Kira were taken the night before a full moon, we should probably get going."
"What's that mean?" Malia asked
"If Kate took Scott back to the same temple she took Derek, how do we know she's not planning to do the same thing to him?" Peter said
"What, she wants him younger?" Liam asked, not understanding.
"Or take him back to when he wasn't a werewolf." Derek said
"A werewolf can't steal a true Alpha's power. But maybe a Nagual jaguar with the power of Tezcatlipoca behind her, maybe she can. So, if everyone is sufficiently freaked out, I say we get going."
"We can't," said Stiles "Not without Lydia."
"Why Lydia?" Bella asked
"We need something to help track Scott and Kira" Stiles said before going off to make a phone call
"What is she doing at the school anyways?" Derek asked
"We've got Kira's sword but we need something with a stronger scent. Lydia went to get a jacket out of Kira's locker." Malia explained
"I got nothing." Stiles said, putting his phone back into his pocket.
"She has a car, she can catch up to us." said Braeden
"That's a good point, We'll call from the road." Peter said, pointing at Braeden
"What if something happened, what if she's in trouble?" Stiles asked.
"Fine. You stay, you find her. We're gonna go without you." Peter said as he made his way back to the truck
"I can call Mason, He has a study group at the school. Maybe he can look for her" Liam said
Derek looked at Stiles, as if to say that might work.
"Alright, fine." Stiles sighed
Everyone scattered and Stiles pulled Malia aside "I need to be back there with Derek and Liam. I'ver got some experience dealing with out of control teen wolves. You'll be okay riding with Peter?"
"He is my father. Maybe we can do some bonding."
"No bonding. Play the radio, play it loud." Stiles tells her
"What about her?" Malia said, eyes pointing at Bella who had her back pressed against the truck "She is my sister."
Stiles shrugged, "She might be easier to deal with than Peter."
"Remember what we're dealing with here." said Peter as he was putting his jacket on. Everyone turned to look at him "It's not just Kate, it's Berserkers. You might see human eyes behind those skulls. Do not assume that there's any humanity left."
