Chapter 47

"Awnser it." Janet says looking at me.
"Okay." I say before clicking the Awnser button.
"Olivia." I hear.
"Liz?" I ask.
"Yes, Olivia Luke he's hurt." Liz says over the line sounding like she's crying .
"What?" I say my voice becoming weak.
"He's in the hospital." She says.
"Which one? Is he okay? Can I see him?" I ask her.
"He's fine and yes you can see him. He's in the penny brook memorial hospital." She says.
"Thank you,Liz. I'll be there in a bit." I say.
"Thank you, Olivia. I'll see you then." She says.
"Bye." I say my voice weak.
"Bye" she says before ending the call.
"Janet, Luke is in the hospital. We have to go." I say.
"Okay, let's go." She says grabbing my hand. My hand in her left hand and her keys in the right. I lock her front door and we head for the car. She starts it up and darts down the street.
"Which hospital?" She asks stopping at a stop sign.
"Penny brook memorial hospital." I say.
"Okay, it'll be about a 15 minute ride." She says turning on the radio but on low volume.  I doze in and out of sleep between the next ten minutes.
"Olivia."
I feel poking.
"Hi." I say rubbing my eyes.
"We're here." Janet says getting out of the car.I exit the car and grab Janet's hand as we head into the hospital.
"Hello?" I hear the front desk person ask me.
"I'm looking for Luke Hemmings." I say.
"Okay, room 345 on floor 3." She says.
"Thank you." I say before walking into the elevator before I press the 3rd floor button.
"Are you okay?" Janet asks me.
"I don't know." I say.
"Ding."
The elevator doors open. Janet and I hear out of the elevator before the doors close.
"Room 345." I mumble over and over again trying to find it.
"Room 345." Janet says pointing at it.
"Thanks." I say opening the door to the room. Janet and I walk in.
"Olivia." Liz says before hugging me.
"Hi Liz." I say hugging her back.
"Is he okay?" I ask backing up from our hug.
"His right arm is in a sling, his left foot is broken, he broke 2 ribs and he's currently unconscious." Liz says.
"Oh.What happened?" I ask walking to the chair beside Luke.
"He got upset after you left and well he grabbed his keys and wallet and left. He  was drunk driving and crashed."
"He never gets drunk." I say.
"Yeah, well I guess losing you got to him." She says.
"I'm sorry you had to hear us fight Liz." I say.
"It's fine honey. Just please no matter what happens be there for him. I know he loves you more than you know." She says before walking out of the room leaving Janet, An unconscious Luke and I alone.
