👼 MY ANGEL 👼

At the hospital.

James McConnell's health isn't like it used to be when he was younger. He had to visit the doctor regularly for checkups. And today was one of those days he had his checkups.

He had planned to reschedule this one because of the call he got from Simba Co-operation, but when Rosanna found out, she did not let him. That's because she was starting to think that this was more of a woman's intuition than a mother's intuition.

And maybe it was telling her her husband should get a checkup at that moment or something bad might happen to his health.

A mother's intuition with Victoria alive and well didn't make sense to her.

Rosanna even insisted on being the one to drive them to the hospital.

They walked in holding each other's hands. They had a personal doctor who checked on any member of their family, so it was him who handled James' health issues.

Even while waiting at the reception for him to call them when it was their turn, Rosanna was still feeling restless. She still felt anxious and nervous. She was now hoping her husband was in good health and they won't find anything in his system that could change that.

"Help! Somebody! Somebody help us!"

That was a man's voice yelling while racing through the hospital door and into the reception.

Both Mr and Mrs McConnell turned towards the door and saw a man with shoulder long black hair. He had a scared look on his face but it wasn't hard to understand why. His white shirt was full of blood, and a white coat was also stained with blood as it rested on top of the stomach of a pale looking woman.

It was only when they looked closely, did they realize it was Elsa.

Rosanna's heart skipped a beat.

And James dashed towards Lui at a high velocity that was faster than that of a cheetah.

"What happened?... What happened to Elsa?"

But before he could get an answer, people in nurse's uniforms, and with a hospital stretcher bed, came running.

Lui was even reluctant to put her down. He wanted to carry Elsa all the way to her room. But he had to so, so they can attend to her quickly.

He still followed them frantically because Lui feared the worst. When he brought Elsa here, she had bleed so much, his car seats were covered with her blood.

That is because he couldn't press her wound with enough pressure and hold the steering wheel, while watching the road at the same time.

With how fast he drove here, he would have been pulled over by the police for overspeeding. It was only a miracle he didn't.
