ALDEN's POV

My wife is so beautiful.

I just came home and its 4am. I had to finish another shoot in Batangas and it was exhausting. I was supposed to stay in the hotel but I couldn't. I wanted to come home and be with my wife. She's already fast asleep when I arrived and boy, does she look so beautiful.

I love watching her sleep.

These are the moments I treasure the most. I quickly put down my bag and get ready for bed. I laid next to her and just watched her. She was lying face up, one hand on top of her belly and the other on her side. She was breathing deeply. I couldn't help myself. I reached out and used my fingers to touch her face. I traced the outlines of her nose, to her cheeks, her jaw then her lips. Her lips were so soft and supple. I planted a soft kiss on them.

Then I reached out to her belly. Gently caressing it with my hands. And I said to myself, wow, our baby's is in here. Our little baby boy is living inside my wife's belly. And I drew my face closer, feeling him move.

"Hold on little guy. Daddy's gonna see you soon."

Then I planted a small kiss on her belly, hoping and wishing my baby boy could feel it.

"Mmm.."

My wife started to fidget and tears formed in the corners of her eyes.

"Maine.. Maine.. Maine.."

I shook her. She looks like she was having a nightmare. She gripped onto her belly mouthing the words,

"I'm sorry.. I'm sorry.."

I shook her again and this time, she suddenly sat up, breathing heavily, panting as if she was holding on to dear life.

"Maine.. Love, are you okay."

She stared blankly into space.

"Maine.. Anong nangyari?"

I held her close, as she was now sobbing.

"Our baby.. My baby.."

"Bakit, love?"

She then touched her belly and breathed a sigh of relief.
