A/N: Hello guys! Ya'll excited? Here it is, the awaited 'labor' chapter. Let me just say that I am in no means an expert, nor am I a doctor (yet). I just wrote about what I am currently (note: 'currently') learning in medschool. So please be kind and forgive all the little inaccuracies here and there. Again guys, please enjoy!

"Rj, love, I think my water just broke."

"Wha..what? Say that again, Maine?"

"My water just broke.."

He just stood there, eyes widened, brows furrowed, frozen, as if I was speaking to a statue.

"Hoy! Rj! Manganganak na ak..ahhhhhhhh!"

"Uhhhhh.."

I gave him a slight slap on the face.

"Hoy.. Bilisan mo.. Get ther car. Dalhin mo na ko sa hospital."

And just like that he snapped out of it, and ran to the car, leaving me behind.

"Hoy Rj! Ikaw ba yung manganganak? Bakit mo ko iniwan?"

"Sorry love! Ayan na ko."

He then assisted me towards the car.

"Yung hospital bag, love. Daanan natin sa bahay."

"Nasa, kotse na. 2 weeks before your due date nilagay ko na sa kotse."

"Okay, tawagan mo na si Docto..ahhhhhhhhh!"

"Okay ka lang?"

"Syempre hind...ahhhhhhh!"

"Oh my God, what do you want me to do?"

"Just drive the freaking ca.....ahhhhhhh!"

"Okay.. Okay.."

He started to shake and sweat was running down his temples.

"Ayaw kumasya ng sus--"

"Wrong keys, Rj. House keys yan.."

"Damn, oo nga. Sorry."

Finally, finally he was able to start the car. And then we drove to the hospital. I called Dra. Dela Rosa and let her know we were coming.

The contractions started again, radiating to my lower back and pelvic area. They feel like menstrual cramps, only 10 times more intense. I couldn't hold back my screams, even though I should because every single time I writhe in pain, Rj gets startled. Sorry, love.

"Love, love.. Anong gusto mong gawin ko?"

"Just..keep..drivi..ahhhhhhhhh!"

"Okay, I read about this.. Just breathe love. Come on take my hand, and breath."

He was helping me with my breathing exercises, inhaling and exhaling the same time as me. And somehow, it comforted me. But, I couldn't help but squeeze his hand so tightly. I know it brings pain to him, but he tries to keep calm.
