Kuuga Kiriu, the 21st student of class 1-A and 1 out of 5 of the recommended students for U.A High, son of the number 17 Hero: "Arcane"...
A few days have passed and Kuuga with bandages is now seen all alone inside his house, reading the news on his phone about All Might's retirement and Arcane's public apology about all the heroes killed in action. Every word he reads, the more guilt builds up.
Kuuga: "Thirteen deaths, seven injuries, one retired. (Sighs) What a mess… what a mess..."
He sighed and placed the phone on the table and looked at the ceiling. Suddenly, a doorbell is heard from his house.
He walks to the small front yard to see a mailman standing in front of the gate.
Kuuga: "What?"
Mailman: "A letter for the Kiriu family. It's from U.A. High School."
Kuuga: "Hand it."
The mailman handed him a letter and immediately left. Kuuga shrugs and goes back to his living room and opens the letter.
Kuuga: "Dorm system…? Sweet."
Kuuga went silent for a while before gaining a spooked face and jumping, stepping on his couch.
Kuuga: "What?! I don't want to live with anyone under the same roof! Who's gonna take care of this house?!"

The scene changes to the next day with All Might and Aizawa inside the Jiro residence, talking to the parents.

Kyotoku: "That's not very rockin'. Even if it didn't turn out to be anything serious, to announce that you're going to move to an all-dorm system like nothing happened after my only daughter was injured…"
Aizawa: "What you are saying is quite right. However, we took another look at the pride and negligence that grew without us realizing it and thought about what we could do. Will you leave it to us just this once? We will definitely raise Kyoka to be a fine hero."
Kyoka enters the room with a tray of two cups, wearing normal clothing but with a black scarf around her neck.

Kyoka: "Oh, Mr. Aizawa, you don't have to bow! We'd already decided what to do after we got the notice in the mail. When this old man saw All Might's fight, I heard him say…"
A flashback shows Kyoka's father yelling into a modern carbon microphone while tears go out of both of his eyes.
Kyotoku: (flashback) "I can't believe my daughter's being taught by someone so rockin'! It's seriously like Brian the Sun!"
Flashback ends.
Jiro: "...and cried!"
Kyotoku: (embarrassed) "Kyoka, stop! I was trying to act like a strict dad!"
