Guys I'm really sorry I haven't updated or anything. But I need a break. Me and my boyfriend broke up about 10 minute ago and he told me that he couldn't do long distance anymore and he just left. And I loved him a lot but I don't know what to do anymore. I've been having the worst thoughts and I'm just scared I'm gonna do something that won't make me 4 months clean anymore. I don't know what to do. I'm literally crying and shaking while writing this
