I immediately went back to Akari, and shook her.

But she didn't respond, not even a slight movement.

I only noticed she have several bruises and burns all throughout her body.

This is bad, I need to save her. No one is awake to use a healing jutsu.

I immediately carried her in my arms and rushed her to the hospital emergency room.

Good thing we're not in our ninja garbs.

They immediately took care of Akari.

The rest of the ninja-seeking club simultaneously woke up.

I hastily returned back to Mizaki School to briefly check on the others but as I was making my way towards the entrance, I saw them hastily running.

Kazuki: Hey Guys!

I called out to them,

Myu: Kazuki-senpai! Good to see that you're doing great!

Nanao: Although, where's Akari?

Kazuki: I took her to the emergency room. She's fine. I think.

I'm still unsure, she still hasn't woken up after all.

Nanao: Then, let's check up on her. 

We immediately rushed to the hospital.

Doctor: There you are, Araya-san!

The doctor was panting all around, seemingly searching for me. 

Kazuki: I-I'm sorry I had to leave.

My mind was blank earlier, I didn't know what to prioritize. 

Doctor: I have something to talk about. 

The doctor pulled me to the side, and judging from his expression, it is not good news. 

Doctor: Ms. Akari Hanao's vitals are fine, her burn was no more than 1st-degree and her bruises aren't that serious, yet in contrary, there are quite the number of bone injuries, but above all,

He took a pause,

Doctor: She is in a coma.

Kazuki: What...?

Doctor: I'm sorry.
