I quickly grabbed her hand to feel her skin, because it was so unreal to have her in front of my door at this moment. Even if she was able to hide her wolf scent, who was that girl I saw dead? There is no difference between her and Lola. Nothing to fish out as a difference, so maybe Lola's spirit is here to sooth me.

"Why are you just feeling my hand and letting me stand here, outside your room?" You don't love me again? Have you found another lover and don't want me back in your life? Is that so? " Her thin and melodious voice rang in my ears as I fixed my gaze on her face, tears streaming down my cheeks.

"Are you real?" I asked, fluttering my eyes as my heart thudded so hard inside my chest. I was feeling fear building up in me. That fear makes it hard to think or say anything.

She is right here in front of me, but I fear so much that she will soon vanish. That is how it happens in movies when your deceased loved ones come to visit you. They always disappear in a cluster of and leave you more heartbroken than before.

"You don't believe I am alive?" She asked with that beautiful smile, which made my heart skip a beat, and like always, it made my heart flip. It also took away my breath as I admired how beautiful and adorable she appeared now.

"I know you are dead and just came to visit me to see how I am faring. I just beg you, don't vanish so early. Please spend more time with me..." I mumbled, sniffing back the tears welling up in my eyes, but she burst into a funny laugh.

I watched as she shoved herself inside the room and shut the door herself, yet I was still staring dumbfounded. She sneered at me and laughed again, walking over to the bed where she plopped down.

My gaze never left her; it tracked everything she did, as if I was looking for a sign that she was a ghost.

"You were expecting to die?" She asked, and this time a deep frown crossed her face, and I didn't know when I began to laugh as it began to dawn on me that the love of my life was really alive.

"You tricked them into killing someone else. Lola, you are fully alive and healthy!!!" I screamed at the top of my voice, and she gasped before chuckling.

"You don't care if everyone hears what you just said?" She raised her brows, but I wasn't listening to that anymore as I ran over to where she sat on the bed and pulled her up, hugging her tight as I felt that sweet sensation rush through me like a wave.

"I did it all for you, because I can't die after all your sacrifice." She sobbed while we hugged tighter, not minding that we were already finding it hard to breathe well.

No one was ready to break the hug. I was so overwhelmed that I feared she might be gone once I release her.

"Thank you for not dying. Thank you for being alive. I was planning on killing myself because life is meaningless without you. Now here you are. My breath of life is here finally!" I kept blabbering and stroking her hair while feeling our skin contact perform magic on me.

Sensations were pulling up the hairs on my skin with goosebumps all over. I was literally shivering in extreme excitement at the reality that I thought was a dream or an illusion.

You should see how I was running to come here and meet you; how my heart was racing faster than my footsteps. Blake, I just realized how attached we are. We are really meant to be together! " I could feel every emotion bursting inside her as she sobbed on my shoulder.

My emotions were like a bomb; it kept exploding and consuming me. I was laughing and crying at the same time as her alluring and intoxicating scent filled my nostrils, hypnotizing me and melting every part of me, assuring me that she was alive and well, implying that the girl who was murdered wasn't her.
