January 21st, 2017:

We were prepping for the comeback and the tour at the same time which made us incredibly busy. It was in one of the constant meetings we were having that I asked to have a female bodyguard at times we needed them. It had come as an important demand when thinking of the tour and the security we would be having with us 24/7. I needed someone I was comfortable with to guard me as at times security guards had to get quite close. PDnim had agreed with me full-heartedly and made a shortlist of potential security guards to choose from. I met with all of them individually and decided on one after. I settled on Choi Iseul. She was the youngest on the list, but that just meant I connected with her more. She had a black belt in jiu-jitsu and she was coming from working with the Presidential Security Service, granted for just six months but it was impressive nonetheless. And a plus for me, she spoke English.

For me to get fully comfortable with her, Big Hit had already hired her to work on the smaller, consistent security team we had that followed us in Korea and abroad. She would work on all events leading up to the tour and after. As such, she was around for the Spring Day MV shoot we were shooting over the next few days.

We were currently in a grain field, and I was absolutely frozen. I was in a navy pleated skirt, knee-high white socks with two red rings at the top, a white long-sleeve top with a black sweater nearly covering the whole skirt that had a design on the front. I had also dyed my hair mauve for the comeback. I was crouching down, so the long-padded coat covered all my exposed skin on shivering slightly.

"When the Canadian is cold," Hoseok says to the behind-the-scenes camera, "that means it's cold".

Yoona came up from behind me and placed two heated packets over my ears.

"Oh, that's perfect," I say, trying to bring my coat closer to me.

"Who knew there was a place like this in Korea," Namjoon said, "it's so pretty".

"We should go out more," Seokjin says, "there's so much beauty we don't get to see".

"Well, you'll get to see it now, please go to the positions we talked about," the director came over smiling.

We all begrudgingly removed our padding and went to the middle of the field. When we were done, we all rushed back to the staff holding our jackets. We filmed a few more scenes and the boys went to lunch while I filmed my solo scene. Silver, the horse used for all the past music videos, was back and I would be riding her in the field, and they would CGI a train next to us later as well as make it seem like Jungkook was watching me from inside the train. This time I wasn't in a white flowy dress, thank God otherwise I'd freeze to death. Instead, I was in actual white riding breeches with a white top and a navy, modernized cape blazer. As I got on, I realized the boys had taken their lunch out to watch me. I walked Silver over to the boys, behind the MV staff.

"Can I have a gimbap?" I ask Taehyung who had a pile on the plate he was holding.

"He's so big," Jimin says, backing away slightly.

"She's gorgeous isn't she," I pat her smiling.

I leaned my hand down and Taehyung placed a roll in it.
