November 25th, 2017:
----- Timothée Perspective -----
Timothée was recording at the Ellen show today and was prepared for questions about Y/N since she'd warned him that Ellen had already asked her. He'd also asked Army (his co-star) to not mention anything of their past relationship as they wanted to really keep it on the down low.
Timothée was now sitting down on the famous couch very nervously. Y/N made these things look easy, but he was only now getting used to all the attention. The interview was going well so far, and they'd only talked about the movie thus far. However, Ellen then went on to ask if Army's wife had watched the movie. Timothée could sense where this was going now.
"And, has your girlfriend seen it?" Ellen asks, turning her attention to Timothée.
"Girlfriend?," Timothée says playing dumb, "I'm currently a single pringle".
"Really? Cuz umm, I'm pretty sure she was on the show a couple of days ago," Ellen says, pointing to a picture of Y/N next to Namjoon on the same couch he was now on behind them.
"Oh, you mean my friends?" Timothée says trying to be casual but rubbing his hands on his knees anxiously, "yeah some of them have, she hasn't though, no".
"Both of you guys are playing the friend game but I know what's going on," Ellen says wagging her finger as the picture changed to a couple of them from their dinner out together.
"I promise we're not playing anything, that specifically was just a dinner to catch up since we hadn't seen each other in a bit. Boys and girls can be friends Ellen," he says trying to be serious but not mean, jokingly wagging his finger back at her.
"I can tell you they're not together, I lived with this guy for a whole summer. Trust me I would know," Army adds, patting Timothée's back, "and now I've been stuck with him for promotions... he well and truly is a single pringle, trust me".
"Alright," Ellen says accepting defeat, "have your family seen it then?"
The rest of the interview went well and Timothée was now in his changing room texting Y/N.
Timothée: Ellen brought us up with me too
Timothée: Told her we were just friends
Timothée: ARMY backed me up too
Timothée: Sorry abt this whole thing hopefully this is the end of it
Timothée: Good luck with end-of-year promotions too! I'll be watching 😊
----- Y/N Perspective -----
It was late and I had just been dropped off at my apartment. Heeyoung had left to stay with Areum. She had lots of studying to do so she wanted to be closer to her university. I was still extremely tired, though I'd gained some more strength in the last few days since it was mostly just interviews or meetings with producers and people like Halsey.
I walked in and tiredly dropped my bag by the door. I walked in further into the living room and saw Inigo staring at me unsure from the couch.
