November 14th, 2017:
I had joined the boys in their changing room after my chat with Namjoon. I had to be in this changing room as the show had started and the show liked to "visit" their guests in the changing room before they appeared on the show to keep the audience watching. It was Jimin that opened the door for the cameraperson.
"Hi!" everyone waved.
"BTS are here in the studio! How are you guys doing?" Corden shouted, we could hear him through the feed in our changing room.
"Good! Excited!" Namjoon said as we all smiled and waved happily.
"We're excited too! It's going to be a fun time. Well, if you wanna see BTS play Flinch with me stick around!" Corden said excitedly as we all sent thumbs up until a staff with the cameraperson gestured for us to close the door. Jimin does so.
We continued watching the show from the changing room for another fifteen minutes when a producer for the show knocked.
"You're on in five, follow me please," the staff said opening the door.
We all stand up, shaking any jitters out jumping slightly. Jungkook wrapped his arm over my shoulders as we walked to the set. The audience started screaming when we appeared. James shook all our hands once more, hugging Namjoon and Hoseok. He then had us all line up behind him. The band started playing a catchy tune and Jimin started vibing to it, Namjoon then joined, and then we all did. James also joined in for a few seconds before focusing on the camera again when the producer gave him a nod.
"Welcome back ladies and gentlemen, I'm joined by Jin, J-Hope, Suga, Jimin, V, Jungkook, RM, and Y/N known together as B!T!S!" James introduces us.
The audience cheered loudly as some of the members clapped beaming, including myself, but some like V and Hoseok waved to the crowd coolly.
"You know, my guest, you know they are cool on the surface, but we are gonna test their steely nerves in a game we call Flinch," he says before his in-show band does the short musical intro for the game.
He goes on to explain the game. He would shove fruit into a machine that would blast said fruit when he pressed a button at a plexy glass wall we would stand behind. We had to try and stay as still and unbothered as possible, but the speed at which the fruit was going towards the wall was so extreme that it would most likely kick in our human fight/flight instincts scaring us thus making us flinch, or that was the hope for the show.
"So first up, Jin and J-Hope," James revealed, "you can head behind the glass".
Jin and Hoseok headed behind the wall coolly, even dancing to the band. I grinned that they had picked the two most skittish members to go together.
"James, I gotta say that they are the heros," Namjoon says, his sarcasm not exactly coming through properly.
"You think they'll stay cool behind there?" James says, obviously not picking up on Namjoon's sarcasm.
