Your POV

I woke up, hearing an alarm go off.  I was surprised to see a cover over top of me.  Adrien must have woken up sometime during the night and put it over me.  I half smiled, he was usually doing something sweet like this. The alarm rang again.  Adrien wasn’t even in the room. I shook my head slowly, getting off the couch and turning the alarm off.  I still had to go get a change of clothes. I half growled. I had put my shoes back on when the door opened again.  It was Adrien, I didn’t even have to look up to know that. “Hey y/n…” Adrien started. I finished tying my shoes and looked up.  “Yeah?” I asked. Adrien had white a bag in his hands. “This is for you…” He said, holding it out to me. I half smiled. “Thanks Adrien.”  I said, taking the bag. I opened the bag. What could possibly be in here? It was a s/f/c long/short sleeved shirt and a long/short f/c pair of f/b/o/j (favorite brand of jeans).  The shirt had a f/c f/a (favorite animal) silhouette on it.  I smiled. “You remembered my favorite colors.  It’s adorable Adrien.” I said, thankfully. Adrien smiled, I swore his cheeks changed color slightly.  I walked over to the door, to change and take a shower. I made sure to wash my hair before getting out and drying off.  I changed into the clothes and grabbed a brush. Okay, maybe I was just a little bit creeped out. How did Adrien even know what size I was in shirts and pants?  I shook my head and made sure my hair was brushed out, I was just going to let it air dry for now. I put my f/c shoes back on and waited outside of Adrien’s room.  I knew he must have taken a shower already, and he was changing. I just stood beside the door. I wrinkled my nose at rancid smell. I could never tell where it was coming from when that scent appeared.  ‘Why do I always smell camembert?’   I thought.  I shook my head lightly.  The door opened a while later.  After finishing getting ready, Adrien and I were actually done early.  The car hadn’t even pulled up yet. “We could walk y/n.” Adrien suggested.  “Father might have gone somewhere. We don’t want to be late.” He added. I nodded.  “Yeah… that being late would be pretty bad.” I said, nodding. I picked my bookbag up from the ground and slung it over my shoulder.  Adrien and I started walking towards the school. Adrien seemed to be thinking pretty hard about something. It was quiet, maybe neither of us knew what to say.   “So…” Adrien started. I looked at him. Was something wrong?

“Something wrong Adri?”  I asked, hoping I was just worried for no reason now.  Adrien took a breath. “Would you… maybe want to… hang out sometime?”  He said slowly. I held my breath for a few seconds, letting it out slowly.  “When we don’t have anything else to do, I mean.” Adrien added. He sounded actually nervous.  I half smiled. “L-like a d-date?” I asked, blushing slightly. “It doesn’t have to be like one if you don’t want it to be.”  Adrien suggested quickly. I looked at the sidewalk. ‘He’s asking me out?’  I thought.  I heard Adrien sigh, like it was because he thought I would reject him plainly.  Taking a breath, I knew I had to say something soon. It was still a few awkward seconds before I said anything though.  “S-sure… that sounds fun.” I said, looking at him now. Adrien smiled. “Does Friday sound okay?” He asked, sounding thankful now.  I nodded. “That sounds perfect.” I said, smiling softly. “There’s a movie coming out that day.” Adrien said. I nodded. “Yeah, it’s…”  I started, trying to remember the name. Adrien laughed lightly. “Solitude.” He finished for me. I nodded. “Right…” I said lightly. We could see the school by now.  I could see Ayla, Nino and Nate from where Adrien and I were. I smiled. Ayla seemed to somehow know Adrien and I were coming. She waved. I rolled my eyes. “That’s Ayla for you.”  Adrien said. I nodded. “Yeah… oh I forgot about the talent show! It’s supposed to be tomorrow!” I said quickly. “Shoot. I never told her what song I’m doing!” I realized. How could I forget about that!?  Ayla had bugged me for days about what song I’m doing. “Hey… y/n, calm down. It’s going to be okay.” Adrien said quickly. He sounded worried again. I took a breath. “Sorry… I just don’t know how I forgot about picking a song.”  I said. Adrien half smiled. “I’m sure you can find the perfect song.” He said in an assuring tone. I nodded.
