Contintuation of number 82: Ace Imagine, suggested by Swiftie_1D

You were standing at the bridge again. Not because of the same reason you were there before, but for a completely different reason. You looked down at the rushing water that had once enticed you, but now scared you to think you had been so willing to fall into them.

You sat down against the side of the bridge, your eyes closed. You felt so much better than you had the last time you had stood here. You had been in such a bad place, but things were better. Or at least your outlook was. You had good people in your life that were there for you.

But especially that one person: Ace. He had saved you that day. He made sure you stayed alive. He also made sure you stayed alive every day after that. Sometimes it got annoying the way he would ask you how you were feeling that day or asking you to go hang out with him, just so he knew you weren't alone with your thoughts, but you knew he was just looking out for you.

You still found it crazy how he had gone from just another face in the hallway to the face you looked for in the hallway. You couldn't get over how a smile came to him when he saw you at school or how he'd call your house to check on you if you weren't. He was always there. Without fail.

Speak of the devil.

Ace's car pulled up in front of you. "Hey, are you alright?"

You got up, dusting off the backside of your clothes. "Yeah. I'm perfectly fine, Ace. I was just walking around."

He nodded, but the concerned look on his face didn't leave. "You wanna come? I was going to go meet up with the boys."

"Could you just sit with me, here, for a little while?" you asked.

"The guys-"

"Your Cobras can wait a little while. It's not like they'll all just self-destruct without you," you teased.

He shrugged, coming to stand at the side of the bridge with you. "A few minutes won't hurt, I guess." He looked over at you.

"What?"

He looked down, smiling. "Nothing."

You both turned to look over the bridge. "It's scary down there." You laid your head on the side of his shoulder, holding onto his arm.

"Yeah. It's a good thing you're not down there." He put his arm around your waist, pulling you closer. He looked down at you. "I'm really glad you're not down there."

You smiled. "I am too."

Fluffy Ace is the only kind of Ace I like. I hope you like this! Thank you for requesting! M'kay.
