Standing at her door he took a deep breath before he rung her doorbell. It's been at least two weeks since he had seen her after the stunt he pulled.

He could hear talking from the door as he heard her voice coming closer. The door pulled opened and the smile on her face turned into a frown quickly. She held the door cracked slightly opened as she looked at Montana, "It's crazy how one person can make your whole mood change. What do you possibly want from me?"

"I came to—"

"Apologize?" She raised and eyebrow, "You can keep your apology." She really didn't want to hear anything he had to say because she knew it was all bullshit. It's nothing she hadn't experienced from a 'nigga' anyway.

With her being an bartender and bottle girl on certain occasions, all kinds of men would come and get a drink and try to spark up a conversation with her. They thought with her occupation they could easily sleep with her but she was definitely not the type and would never be, she had more respect and morals for herself.

He looked at her."Why you gotta have all that attitude and shit?  "

"Because an unwanted guess is at my house. Is there anything else you need or is this conversation done?" She questioned. She tilted her head to the side as she waited for a response but he didn't one, she shook her head as she closed the door but he stopped it with his hand. She rolled her eyes as she opened it enough for her to see him. "Can you move your hand? Matter fact, move your damn hand."

He laughed in amusement finding her attitude funny, "Why you gotta be so mean? You're a real angry person yourself, ma."

"Cause I ain't a friendly person. In a world like this with people like you, you have to be rude."

"Dang that hurt." He held his chest as if she actually said something that had hurt his feelings.

"Goodbye, Montana." She began to close the door but he pushed it opened again causing her to send a mean glare his way. She didn't know why he was still standing in front of her. He didn't have anything important for her or anything worthy to say so she was done with the conversation.

"Could you just chill out and lemme explain something to you?"

Looking at him for a few seconds she opened the door wider.

"Two minutes. You have two minute." She folded her arms across her chest, leaning on the door looking at him.

"You ain't gone invite me in." He joked

She scrunches her face up, "Hell no I ain't. You got one minute."

"I thought you said two."

"Thirty seconds!"

"Alright, a'ight calm down. I wanted to let you know I was outta pocket for what I did. I ain't gone sit up here and make any excuses. You was right, I did take advantage of the moment we had and it was fucked up and I apologize."

"Humph." She poked the inside of her cheek with her tongue. "That actually sounds sincere so I'll take your sorry ass apology."

He studied her for a while realizing something. "Something must be up with you, you're more hostile than usual."

"You've been knowing me for over a month and you think you know me." She laughed. "I have a show to get back to so have a good night."

"Aight, you too."

Wren stood by the door watching as he turned around, rolling her eyes feeling the kind hearted side of her take over. "Have you been meditating, like we practiced?"
