Shiro briefly thought as the silent girl behind Kouzuki looked at him. Having gone through the entire Muv-Luv Franchise, which consisted of three parts, he knew most, if not all information about this world.

Yashiro Kasumi, a byproduct of the Alternative Plan III—Earth's plan to create artificially-grown Espers. While it was deemed as failure, the girl in front of him is the strongest Esper in this world.

She only had one purpose: To communicate with the 00 Unit. To be more precise, Kagami Sumika's brain. Hence, she acquired bit of the latter's memory.

In a sense, she's very much like him.

"How does it feel to achieve one of men's dreams?" Kouzuki asked with a smile, a teasing tone hidden in it.

"Feels so damn great." He sat down in one of the chairs in front of her desk. "How about your progress? Roman's UR-item is too insane."

Both of them inevitably thought of Roman's [Void Archive]. Not only did it store extremely high-level technology, it also allowed its user to replicate ANYTHING as long as they know the said item extensively.

While it's bound by a rule that it can't be a 100% replication, preventing them from using that item's strongest function, it possessed a limited-time ability that removed those restrictions. Though, the stronger the original item, the shorter their duration would be.

It's only consequences is the complete depletion of all energy and the inability of its core to produce them for a month.

"I did get something from it, but..." Kouzuki sighed in defeat as she continued, "Almost every single item required 'Honkai Energy' and 'Herscherr Cores'. It's different from the Mana Crystals in the Store, so I could only concede. For now."

She placed an emphasis on "For Now." As a genius, there's only a few that served as a challenge. That's why she felt motivated instead of being frustrated, unlike her desperate past self.

Recalling the moment when the three of them had studied it, Shiro said, "Honkai Energy is powerful, yet volatile. Though, what intrigued me the most is that... I sensed someone powerful controlling it. A world will of sorts."

"That's the problem. Honkai Energy is too powerful, far outclassing the highest-grade Mana Crystal in the Store. Maybe the True Ether or the higher Origin Crystal can match it."

Based on what Roman's [Void Archive], Honkai Energy is the energy used generated by the Herscherr Cores. As to what it can do?

Create anything you understand? Check.

Manipulate the void to its utmost limit? Check.

Possess the ability to control the concept of death itself and impose it to another? Check.

There's way too many things that it can do, and every single one of them is outstanding. Though, these so-called "Herscherrs" might still lose out to Roman's and Shinji's "gods" due to the latter having boundless powers. Meanwhile, these Herscherrs had only descended in human body.

They doesn't conform to a human's weak body, but it's still different from a true god. Perhaps, only the 14th and final Herscherr of the End can pose a great threat to the Chief Gods here.

However, this doesn't mean that "Herscherrs" are weak. They don't have divinities, yes, but they have the ability to control a set of law in the world to near its full limits, something that can only be rivalled by Chief Gods.

EVEN SO, there's still beings such as Amaterasu, Yaweh, Odin, and many other more in that universe.

Fate Universe is simply that beefed up.
