Okay small reminder; the timeline does NOT follow the cannon Naruto timeline. I originally wrote this for fun and never thought I would upload it and I forgot to edit it while rewriting. So yes, Chūnin exams are happening but Tsunade is Hokage. Is there any logic there? No. Do I care? Also no. /hj

"Okay, okay I've got to go now." You giggle as you try to leave Kakashi's apartment. But he just tugs you back and hugs you, going limp so all of his body weight is on you. "Stay a little longer why don't you?" He mutters with puppy dog eyes.

You groan and try to push him off of you. "You're cute and all but I have to watch Konohamaru for the day since Chūnin exams take place." You whine. "If I don't leave now I'll get shit from Ebisu."

Kakashi chuckles and stands up. "Have fun with that. Watching him means you'll be watching Udon and Moegi." You groan at his obvious statement and smack your lips. "Thanks for the encouragement."

Just before you walk out of his door you're pulled back once more and he immediately pulls you in for a kiss. You pull away and walk away giggling. "Goodbye Kashi~!" You sing as you wave behind you.

As soon as you leave his view, he shuts the door and heads to his couch, flopping down with a sigh. "I need to get it out of her." He mumbles.

It's clear that you've gone through something that he doesn't know about by the way you flinched when he just touched you the other day.

And to be honest, that genuinely hurt the man.

Since then he's been extremely careful and has held back from even laying a finger on you in the mornings or night. During the day the most he'll do is hug you. And even then, he pulls away pretty quick.

All he can think about is what he's done to make you uncomfortable to the point you flinched under his touch. He's never hit you, passed any boundaries to his knowledge, or even raised a hand at you.
