Happy Pride Month! I want everyone to know that they are expected on my page. It doesn't matter what you are, what you like, or anything.
I am bisexual and gender fluid. I know how life can be as someone who is gay. You may get treated differently just because you like the same sex.
I understand, I grew up in a small town. Majority of people went to church, everyone thought being gay was not right.
I know I still keep it the secret for my parents. It's hard to come out, when people don't listen or when they do you're scared of what they're going to say.
I want you to know, that I try to answer you if you reach out to me. I know sometimes having just on person in your corner can make a difference. If need to be I will be that person.
Yesterday was the first of June for me, but I was taking a break to celebrate with my friend.
I want you to know that there are different ways to celebrate, that you can just throw a party all by yourself. There are many different ways to celebrate, and I hope even you celebrate (even if you are an ally) over this month.
