Chapter 26: Ancient Armor

I continued to move forward,

Passing through bush into a clearing.

Directly across from me was an enormous gate inlaid with gold, silver, and bronze. The whole piece appeared as an image of two human like figures facing each other with their hands outstretched.

Standing before the gate was a suit of armor.

The suit had the appearance of a bulky, ornate, fantastical medieval knight's armor and that armor was dwarfed by the gate three times over.

The suit even from where I stood, I could tell hovered over me at least twice my size.

The armor was standing before the gate was statuesque, its weapon driven into the ground, its form proud and knightly.

Though the armor itself was old, rusted and moss covered it still gleam with an air of regality.
