Chapter 28: Its Alive!

When I stepped out into the clearing, I watched it all unfold as if it were a cinematic from games long ago.

I watched the sprites, that were floating around aimlessly immediately stop and gather en masse inside the giant suit of armor. The entire armor began to glow with an unearthly hue.

I watched the armor begin to move as if it were taking in a deep breath, as if it were waking from a deep sleep. From all over the open area, the soul-like flames began to dance in the air moving toward the armor.

The flames caused the armor to spark to life. From the helmet two flames appeared like spotlights that pierce through darkness and one's soul.

Vibrant colors spread throughout the body of the armor giving it an almost divine appearance as a large red health bar appeared over its head.
