Chapter 184: Cavern of Yllzythe III

Xuelian and I continued to make runs through the dungeon, each time our runs went a little deeper. We only went back when our potions ran out. Slowly we started to glean the locations and attack patterns of every enemy. With each attempt we got a little better.

Every few runs we had gathered enough [kae] to turn to experience points and level up. After about ten runs we had gained another two levels rising from level 11 to level 13.

It was about this point we were able to delve much deeper into the cavern.

Soon we ran into a group of [sentinel kobolds] and [goblin warriors], however instead of patrolling the hallways as the others where they were positioned as if they were guarding the entrance to the next hallways, their backs turned to us.

Without a second thought we ambushed the guards and cut them down.

Moving onward we discovered what it was they were guarding. On the other side of the door was a room filled with [mutated], [corrupted], and [tainted kobolds] and [goblins]. Each one was level 14 at least two levels above the other monsters.

All together there was about fifteen «mobs».
