Chapter 44: A Second Go at It

I wasted no time, I had one shot and I couldn't fail.

I moved forward toward the boss's area. Just before the entrance I stopped. I scanned the area the boss had resumed its stance guarding the giant door. Everything was the same save for one thing those Bright fiery eyes remained lit.

The moment I entered the area the boss would charge straight at me.

I looked around again, this time spotting the exit left of the gate directly across from me, and close to the exit was a small pouch. That was without a doubt all the money and items I had accumulated in this short time.

I prepared myself mentally, I took a deep breath, and in a flash took off into the boss's area.
