"I STILL CAN'T believe Derek kicked you out," Beck gasped as she and Isaac walked across the school's quad. The small blonde shook her head as she looked up at the blond beta. "And he just didn't give you a reason?"

"None that didn't sound like complete and utter bull," Isaac muttered as he shook his head.

"Do you want me to talk to him?" Beck asked. "I just-I just can't believe Derek would make you leave like that. I mean, he knows you have nowhere else to go, why would he kick you out?"

"Hey, it's fine," Isaac reassured as he gave Beck's shoulder a gentle pat. "Besides, Scott and his mom are letting me stay at their place for the time being."

"Well, that's nice of them," Beck smiled as she glanced at the ground. Stopping, Beck watched as a shadow flew across the pavement in front of her. The same shadow repeated it three more times, making Beck look up to the sky.

Tilting her head, Beck watched as a large black bird circled over her in the sky. Why was it circling like that?

"Beck?" Isaac called, stopping in his tracks once he noticed the blonde wasn't by his side. Glancing up, Isaac watched the bird for a minute before glancing back at Beck. "It's just a bird."

"I know, it's just..." Beck muttered as she knitted her eyebrows together before turning to Isaac. Shrugging her shoulders, Beck looked back up at the bird, transfixed. "I don't know, it's weird."

Isaac moved to Beck's side, glancing up at the bird. It was being weird. It was just flying in a perfect circle, right over Beck.

Wrapping his arm around Beck's shoulder, Isaac led her back towards the school. "C'mon, we're gonna be late for class," Isaac muttered as he opened the door for her. Glancing around, Isaac noticed that the bird had followed, perching itself right over their heads on the roof.

"I'M JUST SAYING, if they expect us to learn algebra, the least they could do is put it in a language we can understand," Jules whined as she and Beck walked through the hallway, stopping at Beck's locker

"I'M JUST SAYING, if they expect us to learn algebra, the least they could do is put it in a language we can understand," Jules whined as she and Beck walked through the hallway, stopping at Beck's locker. "I mean, when did they start adding letters into math? It makes no sense. What's the point?"

"There is no point," Beck giggled as she replaced her notebooks and textbooks for her next class.

"Exactly!" Jules exclaimed, jumping on her feet, making Beck laugh. "There is no point!"

"Hello ladies," Mase smiled as he wrapped his arm around Jules's shoulder. "So, I have something to share."

"If it's about the fact that Mr. Harris is missing and no one seems to know what happened to him," Jules said with a tilt of her head. "We already know."

Beck bit her lip as she listened to her friends. She knew what had happened to Mr. Harris. He was taken, by a Darach, a Dark Druid. And by now he was most likely dead.
