When Jesus encounters people trading inside the Lord's temple, He is outraged and expels everyone from there. Then He says that the house of the Lord is a house of prayer. Blessing!
Prayer is having a conversation with the Lord or being connected with Him at all times. But in fact Jesus was warning of something else there that would reflect on us today. In Luke 17:21 it says that the Kingdom of God is within me and within you. Today the Lord's concern is for His dwelling within us. (1 Corinthians 6:19)
In fact, this new house of the Lord that we are, is also called the house of prayer. That is, you need to be attuned to the Lord at all times.
When someone needs prayer, we are the home of prayer for that person! In other words, miracles, deliverance, healings ... It has to happen when they reach us, because the Lord dwells within each one of us!
Be a house of prayer, a house of miracles!
