Surely everyone has a word from God for their lives. As time goes by, when we don't see what God promised to be fulfilled, our faith and our love will grow cold. This happened to the people in Egypt, when God poured manna from heaven for them. (Exodus 16:1-10) There was a time when they got sick, and they questioned Moses. (Exodus 17:1-7)
The church is lost in the promise because it does not daily seek the face of God. The glory of God is food for the church, and the food has to be eaten every day! (Leviticus 6:12)
Jesus upholds all things by the power of his word. If He has given you a word, be sure it will come to pass! Believe it and seek His face every day! (Hebrews 1:3)
