"Therefore, there is a rest for the people of God."
Hebrews 4: 9
Rest or rest, something that many have been looking for a long time. This promise that is unique and exclusive to the Lord's people. When the Lord speaks of rest here, He is saying that the fight is His, that we need not worry. (2 Chronicles 20:15) He is telling us to give everything to Him, and the more He will do. (Psalm 37: 5)
The interesting thing that the Lord asks us to give everything to Him. Only in this way can He begin to accomplish what He has prepared for us. Rest is something very precious and simple, but we need to understand and practice giving to the Lord. Your heart's desires will only come true when we have been pleasing the Lord. (Psalm 37: 4)
Enter the Lord's rest, and enjoy the blessings He has for you! (Deuteronomy 28: 1-14)
