Proverbs 13: 1
The word of God tells young people to honor their father and mother, because that way they will live a lot here on Earth. (Exodus 20:12) This means that we have to be submissive to them. Just by obeying and honoring our parents, we will already have this blessing, imagine if the church learns to hear the voice of the Lord!
The Lord calls us a son, so we have a blessing when we hear His voice. Our reward is eternal life, and it can happen right here in that life! (John 1: 12-13; Mark 16:16)
There is a promise for the children of God, an abundant life, but it is necessary to follow the new and living way, which is Jesus! (John 10:10, John 14: 6)
