Many people have had spectacular experiences with God, but even so, their love has cooled, and many end up falling out of the way of the Lord.
People have seen miracles and more miracles, yet love has grown cold. That's because God didn't call you to see miracles. Not that this is not God's plan, but there is something higher, which is God's thoughts. (Matthew 6:33; Isaiah 55:8-9)
When people are only after miracles, they are frustrated. God has so much more for the church.
Many think they are fine, but they are actually spiritually dead. God wants to breathe life into us, and make sense of our lives. (Genesis 2:7; 1 Corinthians 10:12)
The secret to not letting love get cold is to walk with love. God is love! (1 John 4:8)
